If I could give 0 I would! Absolutely shocking, I’ve sent photos of my little boys feet keep getting sliced from the stairs, I’ve sent emails, messages no acknowledgment at all. I am now going down the trading standards route as it’s dangerous and unprofessional. Avoid!!

I'm writing the comment on behalf of a friend who lives in a block of flats and a neighbour of hers had this company banging and fitting carpets in a vacant property in the block of flats at 7:30am which is illegal under the noise restrictions guidelines set out by the government. They can not do banging or loud noise activities before 8am within the laws set out by government.

Amazing second time I've used them and start to finish were extremely professional. Would use again

Absolutely shocking. Carpet was thin carpet used in offices. They glue sprayed the carpet to the underlay. Bits were cut short, door bars were cut incorrectly. Absolutely shocking job. Had to get the carpets ripped and replaced

Had our carpets fitted about a year ago if you look at all the previous reviews the exact same thing happened to us. Left a review last year and they somehow deleted it. Looked into them further they are such a dodgey company cowboy builders they have changed the company name numerous occasions probably because of all the complaints and reviews. They left all the carpets lose we complained they came out did pretty much nothing again still wasn't tighten and like many others my partners daughter cut her foot. They then turned around and said they won't be coming back out to do the job correctly. Quality is appalling for what you pay they advertise that deal but when they come out it's drastically changes. I don't even have a 3 bedroom house with a dinning room but somehow paid over £1000. We are now having to get new carpets fitted and they aren't even a year old. Avoid at all costs don't be fooled amd read all reviews including trust pilot's. Company won't acknowledge anything you say or fix any problems and they leave all rubble inclduing grippers and nails all over and block your number after you complain.

Worst company ever. Cheapest thinnest carpet ever. Fitting dreadful. My kids constantly getting there heels cut coming down the stairs. They came out to ‘fix’ it up. But it’s still lifting and coming away. And my kids heels are still getting cut. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! please look at all there reviews before going with them. Wish I could upload photos !!

Unfortunately I can't leave lower than 1 star I would chose - 100000 the most appaling customer service I have ever encountered in my life time not only do they ignore you they also block your number. Firstly I was told the would take away my old carpets this did not happen. Now let's get into the fitting where do we start. Carpet was not stretched correctly so there was a line on the carpet in the front room. Bare in mind I had just had my house renovated they caused 1000s pounds worth of damage. Knocks on all brand new doors architraves. Hand prints all every frehskt painted wall. I had a media wall installed in the front room which had chips knocked out and paint flaking off. Skirting boards damaged. Nails and screws used to fit the flooring down which were not fasten correctly my 6 year old boy cut his foot on this. Cans of pop left on my window sills. All my windows left wide open. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible communication didn't tell me but I had to them chase for a timeframe and was told they were on their way already. The job was barely average but the absolute state of the place afterwards was dreadful. Apparently the guy who did the estimate should have told me they just leave the waste and left over carpet and tubes and plastic and door grippers etc but he did not so my front garden and just filled with rubbish and dumped. The lino in the kitchen ripped immediately and has already come away from the sides after barely a month. There were nails and pins and tiny bits of metal just all over the floor (I stood on several despite brushing and vacuuming) and worse still when I called, Facebook messaged and emailed to complain I have just been ignored. I have now brought in Trading Standards as this company are dangerously neglectful. Also they advertise as 599 for a whole house which is absolutely nonsense. I have a fairly small mid terrace 2 bed house and they quoted me double that. It was still the cheapest quote I had but I definitely wish I'd gone to a more reliable if more expensive option. Absolute cowboys. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
