We paid neraly £700 upfront for 6Med’s full bundle, and unfortunately, it has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

For us, the platform operates more like an AI-driven content dump than a structured, human-guided support system. There’s little personal input or guidance, and the content feels generic and irrelevant. We receive constant marketing emails—many promoting sessions meant for mature return applicants, which have nothing to do with our application journey.

Live sessions are mostly scheduled during school hours, making them inaccessible, and the recordings aren’t aligned with the A-level or UCAS medicine timeline. Instead of support, we've been left sifting through scattered, untargeted information—wasting time during a critical academic year.

The UCAT online test platform itself is often faulty withgout technical support, which defeats its entire purpose. When we tried to reschedule a UCAT course, we were charged an extra £25, only to miss the session due to poor communication. and we were left with outdated instructions. They switched platforms from Zoom without easy to follow clear notice, causing even more confusion.

When I raised a formal complaint and requested a partial refund, 6Med responded with no solutions, but with walls of statistics drawn from their own data to shift all blame onto us, They treat frustrated customers with a condescending, punishing attitude.
I strongly suggest you avoid them and don’t waste your money.

Just a brilliant set of questions to target all areas made me fully prepared for the exam

Very good, very useful, very easy to use. It provides everything you need to now on the exam and has loads of practice questions. The only down side would that it is a bit pricey, but as the ESAT exam is already +400$, you would rather use this to make sure you get your money's worth.
