Hired this mover, and to my surprise was a mistake.
My advise is to make sure you take before and during and after pictures. Do not sign anything until you inspect all items. Do not let them high pressure you.And take out the extra insurance because they will damage your stuff.
Beds,couch, furniture all had water damaged of some sort. There loving blankets to wet. And there attitude was oh well
Sofa was ruined, has a terrible smell now, can't explain how they got it so wet( it was new barely used ), beds where all stained from wetness, again not sure how they got wet, moving blanket left terrible smell on items and bedding, both mattress were in excellent condition until the move now they are nasty, smells. Single parent, felt pressured at the end to sign, so overwhelmed with the damages i just wanted them gone. Didn't listen when told where to park. Horrible experience.
Ra'Hiem and Christopher were incredible, they went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
Edgar and Nelson we're super nice and super accommodating with my move. They helped me move my entire apartment, including taking apart my king size bed and rebuilding it at the new place. 727 is a great company. It was affordable and the management was also very nice and accommodating. I've moved many times before and this was the best treatment I've ever gotten from a moving company. I would recommend them to anyone! 🥰🖤

Let me start by saying when I did my long distant move from MA to Fl, I had such a poor experience with a different company. Damaged furniture and moldy clothing, lies about fees and cost. So I was nervous to work with any movers again. A few years ago my son was moving to a new apartment and he had an adjustable bed that was just too heavy to move by ourselves so I called around. I found 727 movers and when I spoke with Jonathan I told him my previous experience with another company and was asking so many questions I’m sure he was thinking I was crazy! But he was kind, professional and answered all my questions with patience and understanding. They were communicative through the entire process. Texting date and time of appointment. The day of they let me know they were 30 mins out. The movers were efficient, friendly and professional. When they were done and I got the invoice, it was exactly as I was originally quoted! No added fees!!! So when my son and his girlfriend were moving again, I didn’t hesitate to call them! Again, spoke with Jonathan and he once again was kind and professional. This move was more difficult because it was a 1 bedroom apartment and a 10x10 storage bin in another location, 20 minutes from the apartment. He went over the pricing and explained he would hold 2 hrs to start and if more needed he would call to discuss the additional payment. Once again the movers were incredible! Fast, friendly and professional. It was all completed in 4 hours! That includes the 20 min drive from the apartment the storage bin and then 45 min drive from storage to new place! Again, they sent a text telling me they were 30 mins out. Arrived exactly on time and when meeting at storage they text me they were 3 mins out and when they arrived. As promised, I received a call to review and approve the invoice and No hidden cost or fees!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. I would 100 percent recommend them and use them again!! Thank you so much 727 Moving for restoring my faith in moving companies and being true to your word!!
