I really love the bracelet. The gold quality is nice. However, the clasp is cheap. I’ve had the bracelet for 1 week and it’s fallen off of my arm twice because the clasp has given. I’m afraid to wear it because I may loose it. How do contact you for an exchange?

What a GORGEOUS bracelet in solid precious metal!!! This isn’t gold plated brass. It’s solid sterling silver with 18k gold. I can’t tell it from an actual Cartier bangle. It’s left me speechless! Excellent customer service by Alison and 79karat. I had purchased two of there Love rings one in gold the other white gold and one of the diamond stone came out and got lost. I send Alison a message and picture of it and even asked if they can send me a replacement stone so I can fix it myself but unfortunately they don't carry that and offered me a replacement ring instead! I agreed to it and will be waiting to receive it! Thank you so much 79Karat and Alison for making it better great customer service I appreciate all of you!!
