In UK ordered from UK got US size

Update ! from original review in August - bought shoes in July - took 4 weeks to receive them. After receiving address to send shoes back to China the return sat in customs until 10th Oct - company did not check why - I eventually had to check using a Chinese friend to help translate - found out there was excise duties of $68 - I had lost complete faith in the distribution of these shoes so decided I wanted a refund - company agreed to pay half of this duty so I am worse off by $34 and no shoes! Until I am convinced the distribution to UK has improved I wont touch this company - the shoes looked lovely but cant take the risk of size not fitting - in the end customer service improved and they stayed in touch but ? why they allowed the package to stay in customs from 26th August until 10th October doesn't sit well with me. In UK ordered from UK - size 6 - received US size 6 - way too small - asked for return info - sent link for US customers - no idea where to send this back to!! shoes not cheap - I expect a bit more transparency and assistance and onus put back on me for ordering wrong size - no ! there was nowhere to say it was US sizing - not clear at all and now I have to pay for postage to China !!! not UK if I ever find out where to send it - at this stage would not recommend throwing away over £200 for these shoes

no more china product shopping

Please be mindful no return for online shopping , shoe itself already high ; if style or size wrong need to payment extra freight for second arrangement so high recommend you to think longer n deeper for your online shopping with this store ; not recommending for any future purchase with any china maker !

No Issues…

Only questionable issue was the customs wait time. Shoes came, look good and were well packaged. Haven’t worn them yet but hopefully they live up to the claims.

Surprised by actually receiving “excellent” customer service (like unbelievable service) in handling my orders. Communication was great, resolution of return on wrong sizing easy, and products top notch. A real pleasure to do business with!!

7or9 is a workplace with negative,behaviors. A lack of assistance or encouragement from the company. Unfair treatment. Lack of compassion or understanding for their mistakes. I would give 0 starts if i could. Don't listen to YouTubers. YouTubers earn commissions when working with brands,particularly through affiliate partnerships or by receiving a percentage of sales generated through their promotional efforts.

Complicated return process

It took several days days for the company to respond with the request for the return address which it did do. As with most companies, it would be better if 7or9 offered the return option right away rather than it taking 2 email requests.

Don't waste your time

The shoes are comfortable and I wanted to like them but there are a few issues:
- VERY limited sizing!! I bought the biggest shoe size which is a size 9 and I can't even change for a bigger one.
- you have to email to return an item and their customer service takes DAYS to respond to an email. They say they have a 72 hour respond time and it's been way longer than that. Disappointing.
