This company is thief I ordered cargo shorts and when come the size to big I returned i was paid £26.50 but I have got email my refund is £19.40 so guys be careful this scam company

I bought cargo trousers from 883 Police Shop and returned them in November. Since then, I have received no refund and no response to my emails. It has been months with complete silence from customer service. This feels like I’ve been ripped off. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to order from this shop — customer service simply does not exist, and returns/refunds cannot be trusted.

I got sent a completely different item to what I ordered and the company blamed it ON ME after asking me to return the item. Terrible customer service. There were of no help whatsoever and kept blaming me and playing tricks. AWFUL company with illegal business practices. I will be reporting them to the trading standards also, it looks like others have had bad experiences with this company. DO NOT BUY.

Bought some cargos on line, stitching fallen apart and all websites either down or vanished. Pants lasted 6 weeks! £65

UPDATE: There is little point in asking for the emails to be resent if you are just going to ignore them. They were forwarded 19/12/2024, I do understand there has been 2 bank holidays since forwarding but still more than sufficient time to have at least acknowledged receipt.

I bought a winter coat for my son Dec 23, it had to be replaced in May 24 after only being worn twice. However, when putting it on for only the 4th time recently the seams under one arm have frayed apart. I wrote to complain as the coat is kept for special occasions, it was expensive for us. I am bitterly disappointed that no one has bothered to respond. I definitely will not be buying from this company again and would advise everyone to avoid.

Ich habe eine teure Uhr extra auf der offiziellen Webseite bestellt. Leider gefiel mir die Uhr nicht mehr als ich sie zuhause hatte. Es war auf der Webseite auch nicht ersichtlich bzw. es wurde auch nie erwähnt dass die Uhr durch die Anzeige etwas dicker ist
Sollte ja auch kein Problem sein. Doch! Bei diesem Unternehmen schon. Habe die Uhr aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthalt erst 1 Woche nach Anlieferung (einfach vor die Haustür gelegt!-eine Uhr für über 200 Euro) zu Gesicht bekommen. Da ich noch Zeit brauchte um zu überprüfen ob die Uhr doch passt war ich mit meiner Retourenmeldung 1. !!! Tag zu spät

Ich bat sogar an eine günstigere Uhr für den Preis der teureren Uhr zu täuschen bekam bis heute keine Antwort. Also friss oder stirb Methode. Ich musste die Uhr jetzt leider behalten und bezahlen bevor ich eine Mahnung bekommen. Ich werde NIE wieder bei diesem Unternehmen bestellen und warne alle davor! Es gibt kein Kundenservice und keine Kulanz für Kunden

Item not received tried every thing to get in touch filling out customer forms about shortage just getting nowhere after spending nearly £200.not very happy

I always shop at the Wembley store, unfortunately all the trousers I have brought there’s been an issue with the stitching, 4 pairs of trousers at over £200, 1 has a stitching problem with the pocket, the other 3 pairs the stitching has come undone, 2 of them I only brought in April, I think it’s a problem with this brand as I’ve seen a few reviews regarding the stitching, such a shame because it’s nice clothing, just really badly made. I used police a lot, not anymore, I’m just throwing money away.

Absolutely wonderful! I ordered two shirts and a zipped sweatshirt. All three items fit was quite large but as I had thrown away all
packaging I gave the shirts to my nephew and ordered the smaller size for myself.
I originally ordered the two items then went back to order the third. They all arrived (in different packaging) but at the same time. Ordered late on Thursday night and arrived Saturday early morning! All items are of incredible quality and beautifully constructed… Brilliant service, I’ll be back again!!!

Be careful these disgusting people will rip you off and then blame you.

I visited the Lakeside Shopping Centre store yesterday and today, and was assisted by an employee named Alexei.

He went above and beyond to help me find a t-shirt design I saw a few months back, but which they no longer had in store. He checked the stock room, any pictures he had saved in his phone or in chats, and let me know where I could possibly find it elsewhere; overall was very helpful. He even helped me when I couldn't scan the 15% off QR code by the tills and let me sign up using his phone when mine didn't work.

Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had, I ended up going back to the store today and buying a different design regardless, as I wanted to support the store rather than buy online. I hope this feedback is passed on to him and that he knows I'm very grateful!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by this company. I've had to file an escalation and refund request through Paypal. They really should be ashamed. They've stolen money from me after I've returned goods. Sent back £100 worth of clothing that didn't fit (2 x cargo pants) I've included all paperwork, tags and original packaging yet they refuse to give me my money back. I've sent them a number of emails where they don't even bother responding. They purposely don't provide a telephone number on the website so I had to contact PayPal to get it. When I called them, a very uninterested woman told me they won't be refunding my money because one of the tags had the string missing!!! Not the tag itself but the string that they loop around the label to attached it!!! In no world does this give them grounds for a refund refusal. The tag remains intact just needs them to loop a string thru it again. I didn't even open the other cargos at all as obvs I knew they don't fit. I checked my rights and now I've had to escalate this with PayPal and trading standards as this goes against consumer rights act. I will get my money back thru them but everyone needs to be very aware of how these amateurs deal with refunds. Please ensure you know what you're in for if you have to return goods.
I said to the customer service women 'do you think this is an acceptable level of service?' and they just keep repeating I have removed the tag (like a robot! 🤣) I think the owner of the company has drilled them so they seem unhuman lol. Poor lady. Anyway I asked for the manager to call me back but obviously had nothing back and they screen my calls too! Very unprofessional! This has to be the shadiest company I've ever dealt with in UK. I can't comprehend how they think this kind of behaviour will do them any good and they will have problems with the merchants going forward too. I guess that's how you earn a 3 star average on Trusted Pilot.
Don't assume these people are actually the designers, I realise they are in fact just like an amateur market trader selling 883 police clothing. It appears this company is actually called Zabou and just acts on behalf of 883 Police clothing.
I enjoyed writing this and letting people know my experience so it doesn't happen to you. I hope this stops lots of business for Zabou and stops lots of customers from getting shafted. How dare you treat customers like this.

Worst customer experience ever! I bought an expensive winter jacket from their store in York and after only wearing it a handful of times, the jacket ripped from near the top of the arm. The entire down material started to come off. I emailed police several times but with no luck .they asked me to send pictures of the damaged jacket which I promptly did, but it’s been a week now and no one is responding to my emails. They are blankly ignoring
Me and I’m left with a faulty winter jacket that I can no longer wear. Please don’t waste your time and money buying any Police items.

I m really disppointed from the tailoring of this brand .. when i bought a jacket and cargo trousers it looks nice perfect ,but after i wear it 1 time it ripped it never happend to me in my life .. now my jacket is ripped in 4 places in the back .. i bought it 160 pound .. and the cargo tousers i bought it 60 pound i guess.. i dont recommand this brand .. i m sorry to say this but its the fact .. i save monet for buying a nice coat and it ripped its really bad for me
