888 Vapour Avis

We purchased a vape from in store (Newark Road) last Sunday.. it’s been leaking upon closer inspection the rubber grommet was splitting (which is something we have never thought to check when buying a new item )the rubber actually broke we went back to store on Thursday (earliest we could go back due to work) to be greeted by the most unhelpful member of staff called Callum, who said that this in not a defect! He was too interested showing off to two ‘little girls’ in the shop who I must say were equally rude as Callum including being verbally abusive and laughing in the shop that we were complaining, we asked for the managers details , surprise surprise this information was not forth coming! Callum advised he called his manager who told him to tell us not covered. I pointed out consumer rights, for Callum just to smirk at us. Because we could see we were getting absolutely no where with then asked could we buy a new pod to go on the vape which meant it could be used to be told no! When asked why he said he did not want to sell us it .. so ,888vapour if you train your staff to talk and treat customers like this, and to say they don’t want to sell anything to customers I don’t hold out much faith that your business will last

Always super fast dispatch, great communication in a case of discrepancies. Very helpful and professional. I’m extremely happy with the 888 Vapour and keep coming back for more.

Visited Peterborough Westgate branch last weekend and had an absolutely banging experience! I was on the hunt for a new device for some time now and luckily bumped into the new store manager Eric. The lad didn't rush me, took his time to understand what I needed, and pointed me in the direction of the Luxe XR

He patiently explained all the features and even offered to help me get the device set up before I leave the store.

Big shout out to 888 and Eric personally! I'll definitely be swinging by for more of that delicious Drifter juice and some fresh coils later this week.

I use the 888 vapour branch in Newark after moving from Brighton. I was not able to locally find a liquid I liked the taste of until I was recommended a new brand to me by Jayde the store manager. She was so helpful, friendly and I will always be returning to top up my supplies in the future.

Went into 888 vapour shop in Grantham, had problem with my vape , apparently your supposed to prime them before changing coil -I had no idea to do this ! And my vape was burning , not had a vape for 1 dsy & was desperate to sort it , Dan in the Granthsm shop was amazing, kind & extremely helpful & sorted it straight away for me , he is an asset to your company thank you Dan

I went into the North Hykeham store today, and James was amazing. really professional and gave really good recommendations. Customer service was excellent.. he had a lot of patience and knowledge about products in store

Ordered as per usual for free delivery but had to pay £3.50 as they had not paid enough. I used there "contact me" to report it but no reply as yet (3 days) Having been a customer for over 5 yrs I find this service very unusual and hope its not a sign of things to come.

How very noticeable that, when I have posted a particularly good review in the past, these people have been very quick to capitalise on that good PR and jump on to give their fawning thanks for the review. However, in highly noticeable contrast to that, how surprising (NOT!) that there is no response to the negative review I posted on 4th Feb. No defense of themselves whatsoever. Because there IS no defence - and that is what they are acknowledging by their conspicuous silence.

Email saying 10% off new site, so i click link, there may be 10% off, but the prices are 15% higher than when i ordered 10 days ago, false advertising, and the item i ordered was not on offer or at reduced price.
We shall see what prices things are after the "SALE", I have a feeling prices will go back to what they were.

Ordered goods, that haven't arrived absolutely no response from various emails, no one answering phone. Very quick to take your money, customer service terrible, my experience don't use this company

Absolute Joke of a business…. I never normally write reviews but I just had too,,,, I paid For 6 bottles of Eliqud (because it was part of a deal they had) that’s the reason I shopped with them,, my first order Iv placed with this company… I only received 3 bottles (half my order) .. but got charged for 6 plus delivery…. Iv contacted them so many times to try and resolve this issue… not ONE REPLY… unbelievable…. Quick enough taking the money tho… Do not use this website guys ,, the 3 e liquid I received weren’t good quality.. really thin and watery….. AVOID

Crap customer service went to the Grantham store and was told I was bared just for telling the truth they ripped me off on a mod avoid at all costs

Disgusting customer service received at Sleaford store this morning 12th June 2022. Store wasn't open on time the assistant Cat extremely rude, bordering on being nasty. Barked at me telling me Cash Only!!!!! no explanation as to why. Her attitude was totally wrong considering the fact that business needs it's customers to function. In my view you as a company should emphasise that customer service is paramount and rudeness should not be tollerated. I have been a customer of 888 Vape for some time, but due to the experience I had this morning will be going elsewhere. One star was too much to rate the service.

DONT waste your time !!!! I ordered a vape pen and the liquid and waited for over a week with no response to lots of emails I sent and even ringing the store .
10 days later I got a email saying my order had been cancelled ( don't thing they had it in stock ) money had been refunded and they said they had tryed to get in contact with me ( don't think so ) clearly they dont care .

Called into the Newark store today for advice as I’d become fed up purchasing disposables. I got wonderful advice from the young lady in the shop, she couldn’t have been more helpful. You’ve definitely got yourself a repeat customer and as I also work retail I’ll be sending others your way.

Brilliant service and a free packet of haribo.

Called in for a flavour I had from a disposable, guided me through and the assistant sorted me out and gave lots of advice . I did not take my receipt so cannot comment further. Impressed with the Sleaford store.

I ordered this on 02/01/2022. I receieved it 07/01/2022. I understand there was a Bank Holiday involved but it does go to show that 24 Hour Delivery doesn't mean Next Day.

If I order from here again I will have to consider it will take a week for them to process the order.
