I can see the tracking for each item, when it gets to their warehouse and when I can choose to have it shipped. Plus, when I received my package, it was well protected and wrapped up nicely. Prompt service and replies. Reasonable platform/service fee. More affordable than Facebook live seller such as Japan Purchase - 日本包代购 who charges exorbitant fees for an item and the price of the items don't even include shipping fees.
