I recently started working with this company and I am pleased. They are professional, fast, and work in a corporate manner.

We had a group of 40+ people going to Barcelona, Spain during the Spring of 2026. We decided to hire a bus through 8Rental. What an excellent decision that was for us! The bus was spacious and comfortable and we were able to get picked up at the cruise port after our cruise, tour the city of Barcelona, be dropped off at our hotel, tour a second day and then be dropped off at the airport. This was such an efficient way to travel and budget friendly for our large group.

The driver spoke sufficient English to communicate our needs. He was directed us to where we would be picked up and dropped off. With some major planning we were able to see a lot of attractions in the city in our limited two day adventure.

We were supposed to also go to Italy but a change in the itinerary prevented us from going. 8Rental was going to arrange for a bus there for us. Hellen at 8Rental was always extremely helpful and willing to make the multiple changes that were required when our cruise itinerary and flight changes occurred.

If you have a group of people traveling in Europe we would highly recommend 8Rental for your transportation needs. They were always very professional, helpful and courteous.

Very good service, punctual, cordial driver and just a very good experience all around.

They are super friendly & accommodating, with up to date coaches, easy communication, even going as far as checking conditions to ensure we made our flights - particularly our contact Liubov and driver Jimmy!

I have appreciated the service provided by this company, and in particular the thorough organization and professionalism of the drivers .

I booked with 8Rental several months ago when I was booking a trip for 10 people to travel from GARE DU NORD to Normandy and then back to Paris a couple days later. Our driver Omar came into the station to find us and helped with our luggage. He was polite and helpful the entire journey. The company was also very easy to book with from the beginning. From beginning to end, 8Rental was perfect and I would use and recommend them without hesitation.

We booked with 8rental for four days for our large group of 90 people. Everything ran very smoothly – all the buses arrived on time with no delays.

Communication with the company was excellent as well; they responded quickly and helpfully to all our emails.

The only minor challenge was that some of the drivers spoke limited English, but it never caused any real issues. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend 8rental.

This was a business trip and we needed bus everyday for pick up from hotel to fair in Munich. I was a bit nervous at first never having used this company and having paid all in advance, but it was all perfect. Buses everyday clean, new and lovely. Every evening we were receiving email with name of driver, telephone number (in case of problems) and number plate. For the whole week buses were there always in time

The van was super clean and comfy, and the driver Walter was fiendly and knew the best way to get us there smoothly. We felt totally safe the whole time. Plus, a big shout out to the company's attendant Natalie super helpful and kind from start to finish. Everything went perfectly, and I'd definitely recommend their service.

Booked for 30 people to travel by minibus from Nantes (FRA) to Bilbao (SPA) for the Europa Cup Final. The friendliness and communications with 8Rental was perfect. Could not fault the effort that was made.

Communication with this company was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed regarding times and pick up etc. The driver was really friendly and on time and messaged us the day before pick up. The private mini bus was pretty luxury and had air conditioning and was very comfortable, price was reasonable for our trip and overall we had a great experience, would definitely use again in the future and would highly recommend.

generally most part of the booking and journey itself went smoothly

there was only two part of which i felt that was room for improvement, firstly is the communication of the driver details, i only manage to get the details at the very last hours instead of the day before, everyone on the trip were panicking as we couldnt get anyone but eventually we manage to solve the issue.

secondly is the aircon of the vehicle broke down on the journey back and just nice heat wave hits, you can imagine how hot it was for all of us going back to the hotel from the trip

overall i would say it was a pleasant experience and will recommend others to book the service
