Outstanding! I cannot speak highly enough of this crew!
Have recently purchased bikes for my wife and I. I used to ride but have been out of the game for a long time and much has changed. The 99bikes crew at Springwood guided me through all the changes since I was into it, advising me without treating me like the noob that I felt like (lol), and sorted us out with professionalism.
Am very happy with the purchases, cost and quality of the gear- and also very happy with the advice and friendliness shown by staff.

Have shopped here a few times, also a few services on my bikes and staff have always been super friendly and helpful. Bike has always felt brand new after the techs are finished with it, will be coming back for sure.

Great service, speedy responses and the helmet was available for collection in a very timely manner. Customer service in the store was fantastic also. The helmet is great quality very happy with it.

Bought Pedal Jaguar from 99 bikes Springwood a couple of months ago. The bike for the cost is so far excellent value compared to more expensive brands.

Awesome sevice from the Springwood team.
Graham in particular was easy to deal with and kept me updated throughout.
Bike was organised for delivery without any issues and handed over with care.
Definitely recommend this shop, Graham in particular, and will return whenever I need anything.

Visited in store and ordered online
We went to the store to look at bikes and didn't quite find what we were after. We did find the right bike online and ordered to be collected at the store. We received a text message the very next morning confirming our order and when to expect it directly from the store manager, as well as updates along the way. It was ready the week of ordering including assembly. We couldn't be more happy with how friendly and helpful the staff were and how simple ordering a locally out of stock bike was. Great for kids and adult bikes alike.
