Today had the Gas safety certificate renewal , the engineer was ultra professional and efficient , this is how all company employees should be. Great job, cannot recommend highly enough.

We had Jhavanne service our boiler today for the first time, although we’ve been with A1 Gas Force for over 6 years. The service has always been professional, friendly, and reliable.

Communication is excellent throughout, and everything is left clean and tidy once the work is done.

We’ll definitely be asking for Jhavanne again next year — fantastic service! ***** 👌

Arranged for a new boiler to be fitted by the Vailant specialists. Arrived on time and finished the job within 3 hours! Extremely courteous and polite staff, very little (if any) mess. First class job and advice from the installers. Will never use another company.

New boiler installed end of November, the ‘director’ said I needed one immediately, now I know he just wanted my money. Everyone I have spoken to since, is confused why no magnetic filter was installed with new boiler! Still not received any paperwork for the new boilers despite calling 3 times in the last few weeks! Shambles!! Wish I went elsewhere

Had my boilers yearly service today, the engineer was polite, courteous, and didn't mind ny dog following him around. Very knowledgeable, answered any queries and upon leaving shook ny hand and thanked me for my custom. The company is helpful, gives great service at a great price. I would highly recommend them

Called on a Saturday morning as my was getting flooded with a faulty radiator valve. The person on the phone told me they will charge a primium £95 because of the day it was. They said It might not be the final charges as the engineer needed to investigate the 15mm red valve that needed replacing. I did mentioned to the person on the phone that once the engineer tells how much it was the final price I will transfer the money. They sent me an email with bank details. The engeneer was supposed to come at 3pm. Around 2:20 I realised that the sent me a text asking for the payment prior to arrival. At 2:29 I transferred the money and confirm by text that it was done. At 3:05 the engineer called to say that he went back to Birmigham as he wasnt sure if I will pay. I explained that I did agreed to the amount they charge me because it was an emergency but he said he could make it on Monday afternoon only.
I asked for a refund as I did pay prior to the arrival. But they couldn’t refund as the accounts department was not in. It Monday night now and they still haven’t refunded me.

Awful service, beware. Our Carbon Monoxide monitor alarmed so the gas was disconnected, by Cadent Gas. The Cadent engineer left a report stating no gas found with monitoring equipment. Unfortunately Cadent cannot check appliances so gas had to be disconnected for safety until appliances are checked.
I called A1 Gas Force Nuneaton, who attended quickly which was positive. Surprisingly I was told by this engineer that he could not check the boiler properly as could not get to the flute due to boiler being old. 'Unfortunately you need a new boiler' this was after he had started measuring the boiler, and taking pictures for his colleagues/boss during phone calls. There was a on going frenzy of telephone calls to his superiors who remained on the phone whilst he ran upstairs to count the radiators.
He was told to leave immediately, it became very was clear he wanted to charge for a hefty boiler fee and fitting. Maybe for an extra Christmas bonus attempt.
Luckily I found company with integrity the following day, to assess and reconnect the old but healthy boiler, with no issues at all.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, A1 GAS force HAVE PROVEN TO HAVE VERY POOR INTERGRITY AND HAVE THEIR OWN AGENDA -which is get as much money out of you as possible.

This company is part of the 'charge as much as you can , do the job if you can and get onto the next job as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a complete waste of £125 as the next job was the priority! Left us no better off but we could not afford the unknown cost of putting it right which another company was able to do with more integrity. Stay clear of A1 Gas Force.

The same engineer as last year came.Such a courteous and prompt individual arrived bang on 8am as promised
Great service delivery and attitude I can highly recommend A1 as being a company with integrity and I don't think you can fault this team in any way.
The first line contact are also second to none with a high quality attitude.

First i would like to know how this company gets good ratings and are still trading

We used this cowboy company a couple of years ago and we are still having to pay out for more of their work cowboy work to be corrected
we had a wet room fitted one day the workers would turn up the next they wouldnt once they completed the work the floor was leanning towards the toilet and water was building up in big puddles,they rectified but by laying tiles on top of tiles and leaving a step down to shower
then all the chrome beading round the window were just butted together not angles which looks cheap and awefull and for 12 grand spent you expect a good professional service
then we had a major leak from the water tan that they fitted water came down to front room we had to get ermergency plumber to come round never mind me getting burnt by the hot water that was comming out emergency plumber said who the hell fitted this it was not done correctly
they did come round eventually and knocked a grand of the bill which we expected more but wanted them gone i have lots of photos and videos to upload and if required i will do
please be carefull with these cowboys if noone has had no problems with them then i think you are or have been lucky so far..we dont like to moan but fed up of reading good reviews about this company

Loui and Paul are fantastic!! (Sorry if I spelt your name wrong) They are both very professional and knowledgeable. I can not recommend them enough.

They fitted central heating and a new boiler in at my grandmas property it was a very tricky job due to it being an old house and full of lots of stuff. They never once moaned and were apologising for any mess that they made. (Hardly any) They always came in with a massive massive smile on their faces so happy and cheerful could tell they loved their job. I will continue to recommend this company they are fantastic. I hope this goes up the ladder and management sees it. They are a credit to your company.

Our boiler stopped working, so we asked for a recommendation from Facebook. Damian came back to us to recommend A1 gas force and Tom came out to see us the same day. Tom was fantastic at quickly diagnosing the issue and we received a call back the next morning to book in the work, the lady was lovely on the phone too. Tom came back today and has fixed everything, has double triple checked everything is working and explained everything thoroughly, answering any questions that we had. We highly recommend Tom any the company as a whole, completely faultless!
