Delivery time was fast and the quality of the carton was good.

I have used this company for a few years won’t use them ever again. I ordered prior to Christmas my item was in back order(order should not have been able to be placed if it couldn’t be supplied) then the courier marked as delivered the other item and I never received it. Then they refused to refund until I complained. Now they have only given me a partial refund and all errors came from their miss management. No unit number on label and products being sold online that aren’t available.

Nupack - Stock arrived OK

All good. Normally pick up stock from other supplier which is quicker than waiting for it to be delivered but they had ran out of stock, so NUpack is a good backup supplier.

I left a review here before because I received the wrong colour item on my last order and part of it was damaged. They sincerely tried to accommodate me and said they would send me the correct colour item free of charge. However, the colour I received was also the wrong one. I'm a little disappointed about this, but I appreciate that they tried to resolve this issue quickly.

Great experience working with the mob at Nupack. Communication was solid and products arrived in good condition. Cant recommend more. Will come back for more.
