I recently completed my company setup through AA7 Associates at Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, and overall it was a positive experience.
The sales and operations teams were helpful and supportive, especially during the later stages. They ensured all formalities were completed smoothly and were responsive whenever I needed clarification.That said, my initial enquiry was followed up on after several months, and the sales team was quite persistent in encouraging me to proceed with the setup. While their intention to follow up is appreciated, at times it felt slightly pressured, especially with last-minute discounts being offered to finalize the decision.
However, I believe the experience could be improved by focusing more on tailoring the setup to the client’s requirements early on. Sharing a full picture of the relevant regulations, processes, and potential issues at the start would help avoid gaps that may need to be addressed later.Overall, the team delivered on completing the setup, and with a more balanced and consultative approach in the early stages, the experience would be even better. Happy to update this review as I continue working with them.
