I have to say I am really impressed in the quality of the watch and I will be ordering another very soon for myself and one for my wife

Got my watch after a 6 week wait. The Royal Mail app only updated 12 hours prior to delivery . AAA did reply to my request for an update asking me to be patient.
They should revise their FAQ's to be more realistic about shipping. 6 weeks - not 15 days.
The watch realism in the flesh wasn't as good as the website pics. The font of the numbers on the watch face are inaccuate and the bezel pip is wrong.
Anyway , dont expect a AAA+ clone , more like a BBB-

I waited 5 weeks for delivery, but it was well worth the wait. I bought an Omega Seamaster, I also have a genuine one, although a different type, which was a gift. There is very little difference in quality, which is a concern. I now wear my new watch for work and day to day.
They were very helpful and reassuring when I emailed them. Although the Royal Mail tracking didn't have an update until 24 hours before the actual delivery.
If buying as a gift, I'd suggest ordering a few months in advance. I will be using aaawatch.to again

Purchased a Daytona and a Submariner in October 2024. The date function on the Submariner lasted 4 weeks before it started to jump. Sent video to aaa-watches who agreed it was faulty. Refused to replace or refund full cost, but offered £20 discount. The Daytona chronograph does not work and the strap retaining clip has broken off. Avoid this company!

The watch loses one second every day. The quality of the bracelet is very poor.

Was a little bit dubious at first on wether it would come or not as we didn’t have any communication and the tracking number would not work.. but it did, the delivery time is abit longer than they say, it’s about 2 weeks and the watch came bang on the dot two weeks so was happy with that.
the watch is brilliant, has a good weight to it and it looks very real, the rolex box is abit tacky so i wouldn’t recommend getting the box. it isn’t worth it..
you honestly can’t tell at all that the watch is fake . it keeps time very well and it was easy to set the time and date.
i would reccomend buying from this place but make sure you use paypal to just be safe because they protect you incase anything happens.

This company is very responsive and helpful answering messages/queries quickly. Watches are delivered within a reasonable time with tracking number. Watches are extremely good quality and very happy with my purchase. Will buy again. I got one with a leather strap which is on the small size so if your wrists are larger choose metal straps or men’s one.

Satisfactory. acceptable for cosmetic appeal.

Overpriced

I ordered a replica Rolex Pepsi and received within 2 weeks. Looks great and is great quality for the price. It runs a couple of minutes fast over a week or so but other than that I’m very happy with it. I know some people have had a bad experience but I certainly haven’t. I’ve recommended to friends that have ask about the watch. Andy from Chichester.

I had purchased an Omega Planet Ocean. Although the wait for delivery was longer than I expected. After a few emails between us I had assurance that the watch would arrive. Watch arrived and it is an excellent and keeping good time. I have seen some of the negative but I speak as I find. No problem from me. I will purchase again from them. Thanks guys !

Bought a copy Ladies Rolex which was faulty. Contacted customer service and after sending a video of the fault a replacement was agreed and eventually received. It all takes time, this took 8 weeks in all. But they promised and delivered. The replacement is perfect and I did buy a Green Rolex Box which is also perfect.
I recommend patience and email when you want an answer. They take a few weeks but will deliver.

I've waited so far 6 weeks for my watch to arrive, and eventually I received a royal mail note informing my a parcel was held at their depot for me to collect. ..The delivery details corresponded with my aaawatches tracking code. When I got home and opened the box it had 10 empty cbc (anababis) gummy sweet wrappers with Chinese lettering on.the packets. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.DO NOT SEND THEM.YOUR MONEY.

Took time to arrive but tracked and safely delivered two day ago, woth waiting for, keeps perfect time, and looks exactly like the original, saving thousands, im thrilled to bits over it and looking at buying a GMT master.
Customer service is first class, i cannot find fault and can recomend Aaawatch most positivly.

I purchased an IWC Portuguese, it took a long time to arrive and tracking link provided (although Royal Mail) never updates it just says ‘waiting on receipt’. But after 4-5 weeks it arrived. It was broken :( was not winding or able to keep time. After some back and fourth emails. I rejected posting the item back (as why should that be at my expense when item is faulty) and I had my card provider refund me directly instead. I negotiated and agreed with AAAwatches that I would make a brand new purchase transaction for the same item, as they assured me they would quality check it before sending. Short handing it, this order arrived in just 2.5 weeks from placing. The watch is perfect copy, well made and keeping time as expected.

So in summary: despite some complications and strange customer service practises at the start, the watch delivered was perfect copy.
