Bad Experience with Polyherb
Placed the order on 2nd May 2026 today is 9th May 2026 haven’t received the order yet
POLYHERB COMPANY totally Ignores their patient they are into medical industry and didn’t bother about medical emergency u will be treated as granted.

Such company needs to shut down as they don’t deserve to run wherein patient had already placed the order on 2nd May 2026 and still waiting for the order till date which is 9th May 2026 and still no further clue when it will come it’s nearby to my address where in 2hrs is more then enough to deliver the package for 21km distance.

POLYHERB FAILED TO TRAVEL 21km distance TO DELIVER MEDICINE SINCE 8th days till now more days to go clueless about further more delays with no notification & clarification ( A BIG ROUND OF APPLAUSE).

Whenever we call them they disconnect the call and no call back made as promised . Then we try to reach them through Watsapp still they are least bother about it , such kind of gesture shows how much they value to their PATIENT.

BEAWARE if by any chance you place order with POLYHERB, BE READY FOR PLAN B , Coz they will waste your time while your current MEDICINE SUPPLY gets OUT OF STOCK & you will be left with no medicine supply.

Moral of the story
1) BE PROFESSIONAL
2) RESPECT EACH PATIENT (since patient is paying for the medicine , it’s not a free giveaway)
3) TO RESPECT OR VALUE NOBODY NEEDS MONEY ITS TOTALLY FREE OF COST. IF A PERSON CANT GIVE WHICH DOESNT COST ANYTHING THEN YOU KNOW HOW HE IS

AM REALLY SHOCKED & SURPRISED WITH SUCH PATHETIC & DISGUSTING SERVICE BY POLYHERB IN 2026.

Whatever the owner promised failed to fulfill just imagine what about the product, it’s really a matter to think what GENUINITY & PURITY they promised to give for the product wheater they will be able to provide that or not .

Also Polyherb website is still not approving my review on their page also as it’s a 1star review so they don’t want others to know about the genuine & truth review, only 5 star review will be approved by them.

Will be Reporting this issue to CONSUMER COURT SO THAT NO OTHER PATIENT IN FUTURE NEED TO FACE SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES WHAT I SUFFERED

The ordered item delivery was delayed by 4 days otherwise the product was good and the

Timely delivery.

Bottle had leaked a little, so packaging could be better.

Trying it for the first time for chronic neuropathic pain from operated degenerative disc disease and spondylolisthesis.

Have used 0.5 ml every evening for past 10 odd days.

Not felt any miraculous pain relief, but definitely, use of other SOS pain medication has reduced. Need to watch for a bit longer.

One big change is a willingness to go for a walk and exercise a little. That is progress. Even if I could drop a few kilos weight, I will be more comfortable.

No major side effects except for a little dryness of the mouth and consequent incease in water intake. I still have disturbed sleep, but am able to go back to sleep quickly. Feel positive.
