Poor Experience with Taxi Booking (Delhi to Haridwar/Rishikesh)
I booked a cab for a family trip (Delhi → Haridwar → Rishikesh → Delhi) through an online taxi service operating under the name Aarti Taxi.
My experience was not satisfactory.
Initially, everything seemed fine while booking, but after paying the advance, the overall communication and coordination changed significantly.
- Communication became unprofessional and stressful
- There were attempts to change agreed terms after advance payment
- Too many unnecessary calls during the trip, which felt disturbing rather than helpful
- Overall coordination felt disorganized and unreliable
It appeared that the service was acting as an intermediary between drivers and customers, which resulted in lack of accountability.
On the positive side, the actual driver and vehicle owner were cooperative and ensured that we completed the journey safely and reached home without any issues.
Suggestions for others:
- Confirm all terms clearly before making any payment
- Be cautious with advance payments
- Prefer verified and established service providers
