I learned a lot and the teachers were awesome. I would have liked to see more instructions on Vedic yoga, but today students might tend to ask for more Westernized versions of yoga.

I attended mantra workshop in aatm…
I attended mantra workshop in aatm yogashala with khushbu. It was a greatful expérience, she's very professional and friendly as well. I learn a lot in few days and i recommend this workshop and this school for all the people who want to feel positive energy, to feel peaceful.
