Very disappointed, my order was cancelled due to a pricing error on their website. Why do businesses think it's your fault for finding their bargains. I think they should live with their mistakes and send you what you paid for.

Ordered a pair of polished chrome base plates which I couldn’t find anywhere else. Good price and communication from Abbey. Items are good quality and have sorted my problem. Will certainly look at again when I need hardware items

Very Happy Customer
Very Happy Customer! Been wearing these for work for years but Dickies seem to have stopped making them, so it was great to find these guys had some. Very easy to use website, quick payment and the trousers were dispatched an hour later! I’ll definitely be back - highly recommended. Thanks guys.

Error rectified.
I ordered 3 handles from abbey, delivery within the week, unfortunately the wrong handles were received. When i contacted Abbey, they were very helpful and organised the return of the handles and refunded the postage to me. New handles were received, although there was a slight delay (took just over a week to receive the new handles) i cannot fault abbey for their customer service during this matter.
