My recent experience with ABC Leasing Crewe was with Mark Poole who organised the lease of my Kia PV5 Cargo long Range Plus Van . Mark’s knowledge of the vehicle and leasing procedure was excellent and reassured me that my choice of vehicle and lease plan was correct.

I cannot recommend Louis Parker highly enough.
From the very beginning he has been exceptionally responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful.
No matter how many questions we had, it was never too much trouble, and he always took the time to provide clear, detailed explanations, ensuring we fully understood every aspect of the process.
What really stood out was his communication.
Louis responded promptly to emails and kept us updated throughout, and made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and stress free.
Louis demonstrated great knowledge, patience, and attention to detail & he gave us complete confidence that we were making the right decision.
Louis demonstrates excellent customer service, which is hard to find nowadays, but Louis consistently went above and beyond.
Thanks to Louis support, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, and he is a real credit to Kia.
