Today, every home we build is EPC A-rated — the highest energy-efficiency band — as standard. We achieve this through a fabric-first approach and a specification that includes air source heat pumps, solar PV panels, high levels of insulation and triple glazing, keeping running costs low and comfort high throughout the year.
