Able2wear Avis 2

Bought a pair of trackers and a pair of boots with side zips. The seam on the bum of the track pants started to wear way quicker than it should have, after wearing them about half a dozen times. The sole on both boots came away from the upper and I’m in a wheelchair, so there’s no wear and tear on them. Contacted them about the boots and they said their supplier wouldn’t replace, even after I explained. Very questionable quality of products. Will not be using again and recommend people shop somewhere else.

My husband is 1/2 paralysed and we ordered 3 corduroy trousers a year ago, plus he has several other pairs, not wearing out his trousers.
His blue corduroy trousers which he wore last winter a few times is faded at the back and upper legs into a pinkish colour. The fabric isn’t worn, but faded terribly.
I contacted Able2wear as obviously they used bad fabric. I sent them the pictures of the partly pink trousers. Able2wear is not taking responsibility for the bad fabric used. And doesn’t see the trousers are not fit for purpose. Good costumer service would be to replace, but even after 2 emails and a phone call they won’t.
