Ableworld - Southampton Avis 

I went into see about a pressure cushion for my husband yesterday and was being helped by Jeff and Dean. I can not speak highly enough of the superb service and attention to making sure that I was getting all of the help I needed. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

As always with Ableworld the staff are incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. On this occasion Dean helped me to purchase a new rollator. It needed a bigger shopping bag and he changed it for me. I cannot recommend this company high enough and even better at prices one can afford.

Extremely helpful and kind service from Mark & James, fixing a problem with a scooter battery that needed its case putting back together. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Rang Ableworld as Dads wheel had broken on his table which was purchased from Ableworld years back. Was advised by the very helpful assistant on the phone to pop in with it today. When I arrived in the shop she met me and took the leg of the table from me, straight to the workshop where Mark and James managed to remove the fitting and fit a new wheel. Amazing fast service. I saw them both as they moved around looking for the new part. Very helpful and friendly. Then to my amazement they didn’t charge me. Thank you all so much for your brilliant outstanding service.

WENT INTO WOOLSTON BRANCH WHERE MEET DEAN HE WAS VERY HELPFUL SHOWED US PLENTY OF MOBILITY SCOOTERS FOR MY WIFE WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR ALL YOUR DISABILTY AIDS HIGHLY RECOMMENED

Myself and mum been looking to get her a chair and all online offered was private appointments,ableworld gave us the opportunity to try all sorts chairs and with the helpful down to earth friendliness of all staff we got a great chair and after service thanks guys

My sister and I visited Ableworld in Woolston.
Dean, was brilliant. He was not pushy, and very informative. He took time and was patient with my dad. He is an absolute credit, well done Dean.

We purchased a Riser Recliner chair from Ableworld. We also went to another well known shop, to check all options. However my dad was set on going back to see Dean.

It was my idea to visit another well known local mobility furniture shop to get a full scope of chairs available.

But my dad was so impressed by Dean he wanted to go back to Ableworld Woolston, and wasn't interested in any other shops. Due to Deans excellent service, and products available. We purchased the chair. that day.

Dean also recorded my sisters number to assist with the smooth delivery in the near future.
and explained he could be flexible to ensure that a family member was present to ensure a smooth delivery, and set up.

I needed a new wheelchair so went to ableworld dean was fantastic and helped us a lot showed us the best of wheelchair range possible and took us step by step with all the feature's of the wheelchair we always have a great experience with ableworld

I visited the Southampton (Woolston) shop today. I was greeted by a lady with a lovely smile who immediately enquired what she could do to assist me. This was the 3rd day of employment for Ruth and she went out her way to find answers to my questions as she was still learning. Together with Dean the Assistant Manager I was able to make the right purchases. She also accompanied me with my purchases to my car. Ruth had a great rapport and excellent customer service skills. I am sure in time as she familiarises herself with the business, that she will be a great asset to the Company.

Bought a wheelchair from Ableworld last February but we had lost the heel strap posts (possibly due to misuse). I took the footrests back and they repaired them while I waited and without charge. Brilliant customer service. I was served by Mark.

Attended the Southampton branch and dean was fantastic, helped me with choosing the right items for my grandparents.

Can’t thank Ableworld enough! Went above and beyond to help fix the wheelchair we brought over with us on holiday, me and my friend were due to the airport a few hours later to travel home with a completely bent frame on the wheelchair probably from too much shopping and they made sure if we got there quickly the wheelchair engineer would have a look for us, the whole problem was sorted and fixed in under half an hour and made it through the airport with no problems thanks to Ableworld, even made a point of letting the premier inn we were staying at know their details incase someone else had the same problems we did. Would never normally go out of my way to review anything but these guys made a really stressful situation go away easy as that so thank you all very very much

Ableworld in woolston was very helpful explained all reclining chairs to us and ordered in the size and colour for us to view and when we purchased it they arranged for delivery for the chair and a walker,and for the drivers to move sofa upstairs for us .

Great customer service received from Dean today. I only made a small purchase but that didn’t impact upon the service I received - importantly I didn’t have to ask for it, it was offered!

Excellent customer service from Stewart (Woolston branch) who visited to help with a stairlift problem.
Problem detected and put right and workings of the stairlift explained to us with great patience and knowledge.

Wow met with Dean at Southampton store. He was very helpful and ensured the products I was purchasing met my needs in full. He took time to demonstrate everything. I went in thinking it was one product I needed and he ensured I was sold the correct product. Dean is an asset to the store I wish more stores were as useful. Thank you.

Great service, my power chair was a bit unsteady but Dean sorted it in a few minutes and I didn't even have to get out.
It now steers correctly and I feel safer

My dad's new wheelchair suddenly wouldnt brake. We thought we'd damaged it so took it to the store in Woolston. The shop assistant was very helpful and talked through all the options we had, and then said let me just check with the manager if he thinks we've got the part you need. Out came Jeff, and lo and behold in a couple of minutes he's fixed it, explained why the problem had occurred, and got the wheelchair back on the road. No charge, just super helpful and kind, in what was a very stressful situation for us. Thanks so much Jeff and team, we highly recommend your store and we will be back!

The staff in the Southampton branch of Abeleworld were very knowledgeable and patient when we visited this afternoon. They offered a ‘no pressure’ service and bent over backwards to solve a potential difficulty we had when buying a walker for my elderly mother. Halina’s cheerful, smiley attitude made it a pleasure to visit the shop. Thank you!

Having brought the mobility scooter from Ableworld Southampton some 3 and half years ago. Since then it has been well used almost every day, and travelled with us all over the UK. I recently took it back for a service and for a battery check that was a fail, Ableworld executed the work flawlessly and I feel above and beyond to support me. Highly recommended
