Considered my needs in recommending a cheaper chair rather than trying to sell a more expensive one. Sales priorities were right, and was customer based not sales based. Had plenty of time for me and I did not feel rushed in any way to make a purchase.

Recently repaired my husband's mobility scooter. Excellent service. Collected and returned the scooter for a very reasonable price. Friendly professional service. Excellent communication throughout.

The staff were very helpful and patient
The staff were extremely helpful with me as I chose and was given the opportunity to ride my power chair around the store. This was backed up tips on how to manoeuvre the chair with ease.
