Blackpool store. the staff were very helpful and accommodating. it was a pleasure to shop there. Adam who served me couldnt do more to help me, he showed me how to fold the scooter up and to unfold it . will definately recomend this shop to others

Excellent service
Excellent service, staff were very helpful, explains everything and showed how the scooter worked and how to take it to pieces to put in the boot, and visa versa. Thank you to the staff for making my shopping a pleasure.

Very helpful and patient
Very helpful and patient in meeting a reluctant potential customers mobility needs for a scooter.

Delivery and installation were carried…
Delivery and installation were carried out professionally and with great care. The team were friendly, courteous and ensured everything was set up correctly before leaving. Despite the size and weight of the bed, it was positioned exactly where we wanted it with no fuss.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers both a high-quality product and excellent customer service. We would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Missleading catalogue
I was given a catalogue from malpas store only to find a scooter i liked but did not know that they no longer did that scooter the lack of knowledgde about scooters is poor and im dissapointed they couldnt sell me a scooter or order one i wanted so i must go elsewhere
