After initially being very responsive
After initially being very responsive, I'm struggling to get a response. I've now been waiting over a week for a response re: my GST registration and this could potentially cost me significantly if I can't reclaim the GST amount. I paid in advance for the service and initially had a positive experience but I am now having to look for an alternative provider and will also have to try and reclaim the money invested.
this matter has been picked up and prioritised and I had a good call with the support team - apparently it was a busy part of the season. This is a company that clearly cares about its reputation and building a strong brand in the market and the team members I spoke to were friendly, informative and very helpful.

Quick and easy to order online. Uncomplicated and as accountants, our clients appreciate the quick service. Phone advice was very useful in getting the process going with tips on avoiding holdeups.
Company arrived the next day - Company name, registration certificate and ABN and GST registered painlessly.
I suggest to prospective purchasers that they spend 5 minutes on the phone to ABN before starting a web application.
