excellent packaging, prompt service. Chris at Blue Line took the trouble to inform me that some special sanding belts were instock. Will shop with them again as preference

We offer bulk discounts on a large number of the sia Abrasives products we offer; including abrasive rolls, sandpaper sheets, sanding strips, foam pads & blocks, abrasive discs, delta discs, flap discs, flap wheels, sanding belts, brushes, polishing systems and system components. Free delivery is available on any orders over £30. Products in stock at our UK warehouse will be delivered next day, if ordered by 10:30am. Payment options accepted include PayPal, Mastercard and VISA.

Absolutely no customer service

Absolutely no customer service, delivery was over 4 weeks late infact the only thing they did right was take my money, well done will never use again!!
There was no email on the 18th or 20th infact it is near impossible to contact anyone, unless you actually choose to do your job and reply like you did once. your answer provides no reason other than show your incompetence at following up missing orders..

Hi James, we're sorry to hear you feel you had a negative experience with us on this order.

I've looked into this and I can see that you placed your order on Saturday 2nd May. With this being a bank holiday weekend, your order was then processed with sia Abrasives (who holds the stock and arranges any deliveries for our orders) on Tuesday 5th May.

I can see you then requested a call back on Saturday 9th May. Upon returning to the office on Monday 11th May, we attempted to call you, left a voicemail message and followed up with an email stating we were investigating the matter with sia Abrasives.

I can see that a follow up email was then sent to you on Monday 18th May to apologise for the delays in your order and communications, explaining the issue that had impacted your order and some others placed around a similar time. Unfortunately, this was completely out of our hands. A discount code was then provided to you as a gesture of goodwill for this delays you had experienced. A final email was then sent through to you on 20th May confirming that your order had been re-dispatched.

We pride ourselves on offering quick delivery and high levels of customer service, which was unfortunately heavily impacted during this time whilst investigations were going on, as explained in the email you received on 18th May.

no goods and no contact!!

placed an order on 07/05/26 and received an invoice dated the same, this stated estimated delivery next day, as of today 18/05/26 despite multiple attempts to contact via the contact form, via facebook and via the email suggested on the facebook auto response, I have heard nothing back, in situations like this I find it extremely frustrating that no telephone number is provided, on any website linked to this company or any of the correspondence sent, which also came from an no reply email address.

Ordered these belts on the 19th…

Ordered these belts on the 19th December it’s the 10th January and still nothing . Very poor service

Please accept our apologies for the delay in your order. I understand the courier was unable to locate you on the first attempted delivery and then they didn't contact you on the second attempt, even when provided with your contact information, which we were made aware of the following week.

Unfortunately, as we don't hold the stock ourselves and sia Abrasives arranged the delivery, we were unable to do anything more on this occasion aside from chasing for expected delivery dates.

The issues that sia Abrasives have been experiencing in the last couple of weeks isn't a true reflection of our usual service. If you would like to speak in further detail, please reach out to us on hello@bluelineabrasives.co.uk.

Regarding the longer delivery period during the warehouse transition, we and sia Abrasives had a larger backlog of orders and contact requests that this caused delays in our replies. However, we expect the backlog on orders should have all been worked through by the end of the week and our usual service can commence next week.

Dreadful !!!

Dreadful !!!! I would advise alll my contact to go elsewhere!!! Ordered on 24th nov . Found out last week that they were in the middle of a move . They shouldn't have accepted my order website says they would be processing my order o. The 1st dec! . I went on line to ask what was happening, TWICE and I have still not had any response. This was the first time ive used thris company , and now I feel duty bound to tell all my trade contacts to steer well clear .. I would have given 0 stars if I could !

Unfortunately, even though we had processed your order with sia Abrasives on 1st December, the backlog of orders that sia Abrasives had meant that this wasn't processed on their end straight away. As we don't hold the stock ourselves and sia handle any deliveries for orders, this was unfortunately out of our hands.

First time purchase

After ordering online, they contacted me by phone to apologise that one of the products would not be available for 4 weeks. I was offered a few options included a refund , which I took this time. It made a nice change to be contacted by phone rather than email and yes, I will consider using them again.

No order, no reply

EDIT: After contact from Blue Line it appears it was an error on behalf of their suppliers logistics partner. Only a 4-star review due the fact that if I had not raised the issue they would just assumed the order had been delivered. Clearly some communication issues that need to be addressed.
Once the error was identified, the issue was dealt with extremely quickly.

Haven’t received my order placed on the 10 July and it is 24 July at the time of writing. Contacted Customer Services twice and have had no reply to either emails. Still no order and then get a reminder to leave a review so here it is

We have looked through our hello@bluelineabrasives.co.uk inbox and although we have received emails regarding quotes and stock level checks, we haven't received any emails from yourself or anyone at Four Abbotts regarding your order. The first communication we received from yourself was this morning to our orders@bluelineabrasives.co.uk inbox.

Regarding your order, we have spoken with sia Abrasives and for some reason, your order was returned to their warehouse by the courier. Your order will be shipped again today, so this should be with you in the next 1 - 2 working days.

As an apology for the inconvenience, we have sent you a discount code to claim 10% off your next order, which will expire at the end of October.

New Customer of Blue line

New Customer of Blue line, but with the service the team offered, I will be using them as a single provider of abrasive sponges for complex timber moulding that we constantly work on.
I was first a little sceptical of using them, with no phone number to contact them, only a web form submission and postal address.
Items were dispatched and delivered next day as promised (although there wasnt anyone to take the courier, and then the couriers failed to deliver - literally for the next few days….. At this point the staff at blue line stepped in, followed up the web submission, kept me in the loop, kept their word adn followed up doing all that they could - honestly you couldnt ask for more. Highly recommended as a single point for SIA abrasive, in bulk and/or in good time.
