We are a member of Corporations Canada. We have our own own lawyers, legal team and chartered accountants to offer and provide complete service packages which includes a Name Search services, Name reservation services, Corporation’s Name Approval, CRA Business Number Registration, Setting up corporate tax account, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario, payroll account set up, import-export account set up, corporate & business seals, domain name registration and share certificates. Our legal team prepares the article of incorporation (standard or customized), By-laws for corporations and non-profits, resolutions and minutes and all other legal documents for the corporation. Once all legal papers are prepared, we instantly register with the government corporate registry system and provide the incorporation and registration documents.

Very quick and helpful services
Yes, BRC Alberta is legit. I got a very quick services. I submitted the order and did not ask for express service but my company was incorporated after one day of submission. Peter was very helpful and provided the advice on the company's name so that it had higher chance to be approved. I am happy with BRC and likely will go back to seek for the other services if need. Thank you!
