Acasis IGNORES warranty claims

Acasis IGNORES warranty claims! I bought an Acasis 40Gbps M.2 NVMe 4 Bay RAID SSD Enclosure Compatible with Thunderbolt 4/3. Acasis were very helpful over email during the purchase process, but as soon as the board arrived DEAD ON ARRIVAL, they started ignoring our emails.

We've emailed them three times, and they simply ignore them - for 11 days now.

Don't buy from this company. They do not stand behind their products.

EDIT: They responded to my review, but still are ignoring my emails!

Purchased an M002Pro product in…

Purchased an M002Pro product in September 2025 and it worked well until March 2026. Fault appeared on power supply. Wrote to Acasis twice with full details of problem and purchase but no reply.
Very poor customer service and now faulty product despite 'one year warranty' claim by them. Not recommended.

Great customer service

I reached out to customer service again to raise the issue, and they handled it well: they agreed to send me a replacement case without requiring me to return the defective one.

Solid performance, responsive support, and honest troubleshooting

I purchased the EC-7351Pro enclosure and initially experienced slower-than-expected write speeds, which raised some concerns. I reached out to ACASIS support, and their response was prompt and structured, providing clear troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue.

After running proper tests (including CrystalDiskMark) on two different systems, it turned out that the enclosure and SSD were performing exactly as expected. The limitation was actually caused by one of my systems’ USB controllers, not the product itself.

On a fully compatible machine, I achieved near full SATA SSD speeds (~570 MB/s read / ~530 MB/s write), which is in line with expectations.

What stood out was:

Clear and methodical troubleshooting guidance
Quick and polite customer support response
Product delivers the advertised performance when used under the right conditions

Overall, this was a positive experience. The issue was not with the product, and the support team handled the situation professionally. I’d recommend both the enclosure and the brand based on this experience.

Outstanding service

I had made an online purchase of an SSD enclosure for my MacBook Air SSD. The item arrived within a few days but was missing a Type C to Type C connector. I contact the customer service and the missing item was immediately despatched to me. The service provided by the Bessy who attended to my query was simply outstanding, in the way she responded to my feedback and the steps she took to address the issue I had raised. Acasis has earned my trust 100%. And the product works well, as advertised.

I purchased the ACASIS Mac Mini M4 Workstation, when I was able to use it, I really liked it and thought it worked great. I did run into an issue, but I want to give credit where it’s due — customer service was quick to respond and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Even when I was dealing with personal matters and wasn’t able to reply right away, they remained patient, kind, and willing to work with me at my pace. I really appreciated their professionalism, understanding, and effort to help address the problem. Thank you for your patience and support, and keep up the good work.

They don't honor their warranty

I bought an Acasis 80Gbps TB501 enclosure in May 2025. It stopped working after two months.
I contacted Acasis support to explain the problem, and after two emails, they told me to claim the warranty.
I did everything they asked to do to process the warranty, but I've never received a response regarding the product's repair.
I submitted the warranty claim three times. They've never replied. I have the box right here to remind myself never to buy anything from this company again. They're the worst I've ever encountered when it comes to honoring their warranty obligations. However, I still receive their promotional offers periodically.

I am extremely disappointed with Acasis support.

I have been a loyal customer of Acasis for a long time and have spent a significant amount of money on their products. However, after this experience, I will never buy from them again.
I have been waiting for over five months for a warranty replacement and a reimbursement for shipping costs that I paid out of pocket. Despite my history with the company, I am being ignored and repeatedly told to "be patient."
Five months is not "processing time" it is a complete lack of respect for a returning customer. I followed every instruction, shipped the item back as requested, and provided all tracking info. Acasis has my money and my returned device, while I have nothing but broken promises.
I am posting this to warn others: it doesn’t matter how much you buy from them; if your device fails, you will be left stranded.
UPDATE:
Now I got a response that you have refunded one of my shipping while still holding my device hostage. This was a warranty return, The refund was only for shipping fees!and there where 2 returns the first one has still not been reimbursed. This is crazy, you don't even know what this is about!!!!!
This is my email back to you:

"Thank you for your response. However, I need to clarify two points regarding ORDER ACSP16848:

First, there are two separate shipping fee reimbursements due, as this is the second time I have had to return a defective unit under warranty. You mentioned a refund of 390 SEK from February 26, but the total amount owed for both shipments is 750 SEK (390 SEK for the first return and 360 SEK for the second). Please ensure both shipping costs are reimbursed to my PayPal account.

Second, my request was not for a refund of the product itself, but for the replacement device. I have still not received the unit back from warranty. Please provide a confirmed shipment date and tracking number for my replacement device immediately.

I look forward to your prompt resolution of these matters."

Top Notch Customer Communication!

I purchased an Acasis Dock (M001) for my new Mac Mini M4 and I reached out to Acasis to get advice on the details of adding an NVMe SSD in one of its two available bays. I was curious as to whether or not an SSD drive with a heatsink would fit. I received a necessarily verbose response that surprised me with its comprehensiveness. What I suspected to be the case was confirmed by Bessy at Acasis in that due to the presence of two cooling fans already, all an included SSD drive heatsink would do is cause circulation problems due to less airflow volume. She suggested that just a thermal pad would suffice. I'm so glad I reached out and was pleasantly surprised by the length and quality of the reply. Thanks, Bessy!

Resolved Concern

I identified an issue with my TB501Pro recognizing the NVME SSD I’d installed.
Acasis Support identified the need for an updated version and worked with me to send one out quickly. Very responsive.

TERRIBLE QUALITY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased several products at once from this company’s website. At the beginning, everything seemed to work fine, and the quality-to-price ratio seemed great. However, after a few months, all of them started malfunctioning and eventually stopped working. I contacted customer support, but I never received a response.

I would not recommend buying from this brand. Their products have proven to be unreliable, and their customer support appears to be non-existent.

I am writing this to warn others about Acasis warranty support. I purchased the 40Gbps Dual NVMe Enclosure (Order #ACSP17769) in December 2024.

The Hardware Failure:
The included thermal pads are defective. They adhered so strongly to the enclosure lid that when I opened the case for maintenance, the pads pulled the SSDs straight up, snapping the plastic connector off the PCB. This is a clear design flaw.

The Support Nightmare:
I followed their instructions and paid £12.90 out of my own pocket to ship the defective unit back to China.

Return Delivered: December 23, 2025 (Signed by "Bessy Chen").

The Promise: Support stated they would ship a replacement within "1-5 business days" of receipt.

The Reality: It has now been 7 WEEKS.

I have received no replacement unit and no refund for my shipping costs. Support has stopped replying to my emails completely. They currently have my original payment AND the returned hardware.

Effectively, I have been scammed. Do not buy from this company if you expect any customer service or warranty support.

DANGEROUS hardware failure - Damages MacBook battery - Terrible support

I am writing this to warn every MacBook user to avoid the ACASIS CM073 (10-in-1 Hub).

My unit developed a critical hardware failure (Kernel error: 0xe0005000 / pipe stalled), which floods the macOS system logs hundreds of times per second. This happens even WITHOUT an SSD installed and after testing multiple high-quality Thunderbolt/USB4 cables, proving it is a faulty internal bridge chip.

The most serious issue is that this constant kernel stress prevents the CPU from entering sleep states, causing extreme heat and rapid degradation of my MacBook Pro's battery. This hub isn't just broken; it is actively damaging the host computer it’s connected to.

When I contacted ACASIS support with full technical logs, they ignored the evidence, provided generic template responses, and eventually refused any help, refund, or replacement, hiding behind a 1-year warranty period for a fundamental manufacturing defect that causes consequential damage to expensive hardware.

They have been ghosting my emails for nearly a week now.

STAY AWAY from Acasis if you value your MacBook's longevity. Their "support" is not good.
