Accelerate Labs did not meet the expectations they initially set. Communication lacked clarity, project milestones slipped, and the overall outcome was underwhelming. As someone who values transparency and accountability in partnerships, I was disappointed with the experience.

I had high hopes for Accelerate Labs, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Despite their claims of fast shipping, my order was delayed significantly. When I reached out for assistance, their customer service was unresponsive and failed to address my concerns.​

I don’t usually bother to take the time to comment unless a company has done something either really good or really bad… In this case it’s the former. I had an issue with one of my Peptides and the owner himself took the time to figure out exactly what was happening, how to fix it, and then explain all of that to me in detail to make sure I never have this problem again. I even had a the pleasure of speaking with him on the phone for a couple of hours and I could tell by the tone of his voice that he is an absolute nerd for this stuff… Just like me. He’s truly passionate about his business and he goes above and beyond to make sure that it is the absolute best it can be. I’ll be a customer for life

Although we had a pretty lengthy dealt in shipping, USPS fault. Product arrived as described as always. I have made multiple purchases with Accelerate Labs and have always been pleased.

Fast delivery

Initially would give them 5 stars, for pricing and delivery, dl was great and took care of his customers. He was very accessible but for some reason he no longer works there, hmmm I wonder. So I had a back and forth spat with support and whoever has Zk’s phone he was using. My guess is they are one and the same person. I purchased an aod 9604 and after I used a brand new bac water it jelled up bad. Tried to add more bac water to loosen it but no go. So I texted ZK to see if they can do anything and got miss passive aggressive on the other line. Saying oh you didn’t order bac water from us, which my response was I have enough bac water and never had an issue before. Basically saying if you had bought our bac water hint hint. Then sent me to support which I emailed for a solution and got a long winded response blah blah blah, saying that she never said that and I said used old bac water, which i never said. Anyway after a few emails back and forth with her sending me screenshots of exactly of what I am saying there was no point and at the end of the day they lost a customer. If they had good customer service before They now have absolutely no customer service and could care less if you buy from them again. My guess these people in charge are new or the owners kids who don’t know squat about business. Bet I hit that on the nose. they now lost a customer that spent close to $1,000 in a month on their site and would have spent that much every month plus my friends. All they had to do was offer me a coupon for the cost or send me another one with the special bac water from them and that would have been it, but noooo they had to argue who was right. SMH right now, what a bunch of idiots. This stuff only costs them maybe $5 to now lose thousands$$$. I had a return with solutions peptides and they refunded me 100% no hassles they even gave me money back from stuff I used that I did not ask for a refund. Now that’s customer service, above and beyond. My advice to those in charge retrain these 2 or fire them. Plain and simple, this stupid exchange cost them $12k plus everyone I refer. Plus those that read this review and decide not to buy. Looks like oasis peptides or solutions is getting my business. Good luck to you.
