Accelerate Financial Avis 

I had called numerous places looking for a personal loan when all I needed was Credit Consolidation. Russell made things very easy and explained everything in terms I could understand. Russell got me set up on a great plan that is goig to help me tremendously in geting ahead and my credt back on track. I a extremely grateful.

BEWARE!!! Read over reviews and sure enough, this is not a business that provides loans, this a business that negotiates with credit companies. I received a mailer saying this was an Accelerate Exclusive Recovery Loan and that they could provide me with a loan for $104K with an APR of 5.99%, payment of $1370, payoff in 5 years. None of this was discussed during the phone call with a Sr. Financial Consultant. When I told him I was not interested in this and this was nothing like the mailer discussed, he kept pushing and pushing. I asked him to provide me with everything in writing but wanted me to commit to a payment date before he could send me the contract. After going around in circles, I told him thank you for his time and to have a good night. Do not waste your time like I did, learn from my mistake and read the other reviews...STAY AWAY!!!!

UPDATE: Received email from Trustpilot requesting my information or else my review may be taken offline. It states "The business you reviewed might contact you if they think your review goes against Trustpilot's guidelines or is wasn't meant for them." Well, I can tell you, this is totally meant for them. The Sr. Financial Consultant that I talked to sent me a link to their Trustpilot site so I know I have the right business. I can see, more and more 1-star reviews are being posted with the same complaint. Again.....BEWARE and STAY AWAY from Accelerate Financial.

Seems like a scam. They send out checks with find print and prescreen offers they want you to respond to opt out. They are hoping someone cashes the check not realizing it is a loan with interest. If they were a legitimate company they would not use scam like techniques.

Service was great early on, but after I signed the paperwork and had follow up concerns/questions, no one responded. Incredibly disappointing and would never refer this company to anyone.

They lied, both in their mailing and on the phone. On 11.20.2025, I responded to their mailing; I called them. After approximatly 20 minutes on the phone it became appearant that their mailer was a complete and total fabrication; a lie. They are not offering a lower interest rate consolodation loan. This is a ruin your credit debt negotiation company. They buy your debt from your crditors for pennies on the dollar and then collect from you at nearly the full amount of your debt. Your creditors will then mark you as uncollectable and your credit is ruined for seven to ten years. You may as well declare bankruptcy it will have the same effect on your credit and cost less.

Ariel was extremely helpful in explaining how the loan/repayment program works, and was very patient with answering all of my questions. The conversation was very low-pressure and super informative. I fully intend to sign up for the excellent terms we discussed, and look forward to working with Accelerate Financial to consolidate all of my debt!

I want to complement the truly excellent service I received from Ariel Shakeri. She sincerely listened to me about my requirements for a loan. I appreciate her analysis and diligence in putting together my information and forwarding it to underwriting. They determined that I was not qualified, so Ariel referred me to an alternative company. I appreciate her caring, courtesy, and willingness to go the extra mile for me! I applaud Accelerate Financial and Ariel! Quality Service!

Deceptive mailing. They trick you into thinking the letter is important so you open it. Should be a crime! I will report to Attorney Generals office.

**** You send junk mail that looks "official" to trick people into opening it.

Triston was Amazing! Very easy to work with. He spoke clearly and confidently. His confidence made me feel confident that I was doing the correct thing! You are very lucky to have him! I am a business owner and I would hire him in a minute!

Michael Hyder was FABULOUS to work with! Sympathetic to my dilemma about getting into financial hardship while helping TWO friends without insurance who BOTH are dealing with cancer and family who promised to repay me haven't! He has efficient and timely and always AVAILABLE, which is everything when help is neEDED!

My financial Advisor, Shane, is incredibly kind and helpful. Without him doing some extra leg work for me, I wouldn’t have been accepted into the program. 100% would recommend !

Working with Shane who did my intake, he explained the process well and continues to answer my questions as they come up. So far, I see the program working and I hope to see my credit score go up within a year of enrollment. Will write another review then.

Austin called me to try and give me a loan and came back with some repayment option that will report on your credit report that you went into a negotiation and only paid half of what is owed on your credit cards etc. When I told him absolutely not he got an attitude and hung up on me twice. Please watch what your doing with these crooks.
