This is the second time we have worked with Access Money and they have been brilliant both times. Andy is great at explaining the process and communicating in the start, and our case was handled efficiently and effectively by Laura!

Excellent communication throughout the process. It's a very difficult job being the middle man and having to put up with frustrated customers, but as the broker, I found Access Money very flexible and accommodating during what proved to be an extremely complicated loan application.

The perfect experience. From the initial consultation to completion the experience was first class. I initially spoke to Andy who was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions to my complex scenario. Every time I sent Andy an email with questions his reply was also immediate which really put my anxiety at ease. Laura was our case manager, i would like to refer to her as Super Laura! There is not enough superlatives in the English dictionary to describe how great Laura is at her job and i say this with first hand experience of having dealt with other case managers. We were never left wondering what was going on with our case, Laura gave us regular updates and chased things so quickly when they needed chasing. Overall the experience with Access money was faultless and we can’t recommend them highly enough. 6*
