My vehicle was struck while parked in a parking lot on 10-9-17. The person who hit my car was responsible enough to leave his information with the parking attendant. I filed a claim with this company the same day. It's is now 10-26-17 and I haven't heard anything from them. My adjuster Sandra Contreras hasn't returned any of my 4 messages that I've left. I'm left careless because my vehicle has a dent to the right passenger door that makes a loud cracking noise when trying to open it, the front wheel has a loud clicking noise and feels unsafe to drive. It's not severe, but enough to leave with a safety concern. I've dealt with an insurance company before in the past and things were pretty smooth and speedy; within days I had my car on its way for repair. This company hasn't even sent out a letter to my house, let alone returned a call. I am very upset with this service. I expected something smooth, if not speedy since its not involving any hurt bodies or something bigger. I am just having a horrible experience with them thus far. I wouldn't wish this on anyone, nevertheless refer anyone to them.
