Steve is a credit to your company explained everything that involves installing the stairlift and the fitting was great would highly recommend

They arrived a day ahead of schedule and completed the work in about 2.5 hours without any fuss.
Operating the lift was xplained in detail along with the signals to look out for should a problem occur.
Overall we are well satisfied.

Very straightforward process. Telephoned company to enquire about renting a stairlift. Very pleasant lady (Tiffany) dealt with my query, arranged fitter to call and assess requirements, stairlift fitted within 2 days. Excellent service, highly recommend.

After an initial enquiry by phone, an engineer called the same day. A stairlift was fitted three days later. The fitters were friendly and competent, the work was completed quickly and without any mess.

We made enquiries Friday morning and Steve came in the afternoon to make an assessment. We were pleased with the information he gave and the quote he offered. We decided to rent a stairlift from the firm and one was installed the following Thursday.

The work carried out by him and Graham was completed successfully. We now have a working stairlift.

Steven and Graham, the fitters were brilliant. Worked quickly and tidily and explained everything as they went. They were friendly and chatty and made the whole experience enjoyable. The stairlift is perfect for my needs, they showed me exactly how to work it, it is very neat and folds to allow able bodies to walk upstairs while I can glide up and down easily.

Rang to enquire first thing on Monday about installing a stairlift, engineer out later Monday morning. Access solutions then said they would be out to fit the stair lift on Wednesday lunchtime, which they did, BRILLIANT!!!
I was on crutches and unable to get upstairs to bed, now I can thanks to Access Solutions. I couldn't have asked for better service. - BRILLIANT 5 STAR SERVICE !!!
