If I could give this 10 stars, I absolutely would. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced from any business or company. First time ordering from Accolade, and it definitely won’t be my last.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Contacted them by email about delivery and they replied back within a few minutes by WhatsApp. Overall a great experience will definitely come back to them. Special shout out to Anjam who went the extra mile. I ordered at 10pm and he had shipped by 10am and delivered with 48 hours

I have used Accolade for over 2 years now. Everytime I made a purchase( I bought 3 Calaj bottles and more) the service was super fast, great packaging and Anjam always added a little surprise in the packet. This is a legitimate site. I know starting off saying it like that seems like it's not but it really is. I am based in the USA and I needed a perfume that was only carried in the UK. I reached out and we made it work and lo and behold I got my fragrance shipped quickly, and with care. Accolade even provided me with a few gift samples. I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend working with this shop.
