Rating right after my order: Everything went fine.
The only con: It would be nice If there was an option to change my in-game name without the hassle of contacting support. If you want to change your ingame name, the support will ask for a lot of details regarding the account. It would be nice if Accountterra would provide all the information about the account, so I could pass the test at the Riot-Support-Center

Greetings, Cortova! You can purchase the Summoner Name change using RP or BE in the LoL client shop. Even if you have details to be able contact the Riot Support, they won't change the Summoner Name for you because it's a purchasable option.
