My husbands account was closed in October because bancorp was no longer doing Business with this prepaid company. First we were never notified didn't find out til I went to pay for groceries. They asked for verification of identity and address and then still sent check to wrong address in December. Called them cause we didn't get check. That's when I knew of wrong address, then had to resend same docs that originally had the right address again. In December for weeks later to be hold that they are still waiting on status of check. Same thing every time, that they are sending follow up to find out status. We are now in March and once again waiting on status of check after call today

This is the worst prepaid card service ever. They be taking money out your account hoping you don’t notice and when you do the try to hurry up and lock your card. I wouldn’t recommend no one to even use this service

i had them for a few years at first they was good but my account was clipped several times i reported it once but was past their time limit but this was a major issue with my money being taken id have the charge one month but it was transferred to the next month like clowned same charge it was out of my disability back pay they doubled charged me quite a few times i disputed it and sent screen shots and account pages after me and my friend went through and added and subtracted evry transaction every page it was into the hundreds of dollars i called and called and never heard anything at all back on that 10 pages or so i sent in not one word to even acknowledge i even sent anything in well my card expired again could not get through to anyone on any phone# so i changed banks they still owe me $ 13.bucks one of the monthly charges was not paid but i changed because its almost impossible to get through to anyone and they stole some of my money and ignored me i think they take advantage of people and or have scammers working there but no customer service that's any good i got a different bank now i hope they don't steal my money also living on a fixed income is hard i guess they thought i didn't deserve all my back pay so they suck i let them know but they did nothing not even were sorry well look into it or nothing

This company is running a scam and taking advantage of low-income and disabled people
