From a seller standpoint here: Honestly the experience was amazing! From start to end everything was clear and open. Great communication. Best in his business
Best in his business. I didn't think buying and selling accounts could be done so professionally. Bought an account with no problems. When I slowed down on playing WoW, AccountShark was once again professional and I sold the account back smoothly. I hope to do business again in the future when life gives me more free time for WoW.

Customer Service on their "live chat"…
Customer Service on their "live chat" is incompetent and doesnt respond. I was trying to chat with them about reselling an account I'd previously bought (the account is now WORTH MORE than it was) and got completely ignored. Totally worthless feature if no one ever responds. I will not be coming back.

It looks like we've discussed this with you already, but I'd like to clarify that our Live Chat is unequipped to process quotes or conduct buybacks for accounts. If you filled out a form to receive a quote but did not get a reply to that inquiry, that means we are most likely uninterested in buying the account back at the moment. I apologize for any inconvenience caused however, and I will be sure to pass this complaint along to see if our processes can be improved in the future.
