I used this company for my book and had…

I used this company for my book and had one of the worst experiences of my life. Even though when I talked to the salesperson, i expressed my desires but when I got a project manager, they couldn't do what the salesman asked. They just kept asking for more money to do things that were already promised. I was blamed for all the problems, and they use AI as if they don't even have brains. DO NOT USE THEM.

First Book Published

The communication was great. All questions were answered. The team did a great job editing and finalizing the book as well as creating an awesome book cover. They put in some personal details to make the book more eye-catching for readers. It took a lot of courage to publish this book and I'm glad I did with great help by the team.
