I opened my account on November 01, 2023.My account manager guided me in the right direction.Some trades ended in loss and I took no profit.A few days later the account was disabled saying server maintenance was taking place.After that my account manager Syam did not give me any reply.After three months of calling them, I was relieved.After three months of calling them, I was relieved.Out of the five lakh rupees I deposited, I did not get a single rupee back.So I am very distressed.I think they are cheating Indians in the name of trade.So I request all Indians not to trust and invest in this company.

There has been absolutely no response or followup regarding my messages, emails and calls from both Acefxpro Support and my account manager, Trilok Matthew. In fact, their support number listed on their website is no longer in service, and Matthew has last accessed his Whatsapp on May 21,2024.

Acefxpro trading platform is run by Ace Global Trading Limited, and the business owner lives in the UK.

This is a SCAM! Repeat, this is a SCAM!

People beware, especially people of India - I am not even sure whether this is an actual company.

I invested 3000$ in 2021, had an account manager providing advisory service and did quite well on my own as well, managed to make over 15000$ over the next year. Unfortunately, I was only allowed to make minimal withdrawals and was led to understand that this was because AcefxPro's bonus terms and conditions had to be met completely to make further withdrawals. Each account manager gave different terms and conditions, but after a lot of following up, I received an email from Acefxpro support around the end of 2022 outlining the terms. Not really believing these constantly changing terms, but unwilling to give up my investments and the returns made spending so many months on this platform, I continued using my account till November 2023, when the platform stopped working suddenly. Acexpro support sent out emails saying that there was some kind of trading platform change happening, and that account access would soon be restored. My account manager also reassured me saying the same. This continued till Feb/Mar 2024 when the trading platform changed to cTrader from MT5, but though it seems like my AcefxPro account still exists on the platform, and my MT5 account still shows my balance as 15000$+, trying to move funds from this MT5 account to either my Acefxpro wallet even the new cTrader account that I created now is impossible, only an error message is displayed.

All further communication has now stopped from April 17 2024. I have sent daily messages to my account manager, regular followup emails to AcefxPro support and even tried calling their Whatsapp numbers, but no response at all!

I have now decided to submit my 2nd Acefxpro review, as it doesn't look like further communication is forthcoming. And this is a last ditch effort to get my funds back - I will be sharing this review with my account manager and warning him that the next update on Trustpilot would be to reveal the name of the Business behind this trading platform, and the update after that would be the names of the directors of that business. If all this still fails to get a positive reaction from the business managers, this would be followed by successive media reports along with International police involvement.

They are very worst trading company. They are cheating people by asking for deposit but never let them withdraw the amount. Don't trust them. When I tried to call back them they are not even picking up the call.

I Deposited $200 with ACE FX Pro. After I deposited my money my support manager was pulled off and I never got proper support till now. He told that when ever I need any support I can contact him but I never got support he never replied . I made $200 to more than $3000. Coming to withdrwals Till now I have got only $40 withdrwal. The account opening manager told that I can take withdrwals of whatever amount I want but every time I made withdrwals they use to cancel my withdrwal and only pass $20 withdrwal which they stopped giving after $40.

After some months they had issues with trading platform. Till today my issues are not resolved I keep on begging for help in whatsapp group but they will never reply.

Today also I asked help regarding internal issues of pplatform not getting any reply in whatsapp.

I will never recomend such a bad broker.

I will trader seriously and what ever profits I make they will not give withdrwal. They keep your deposit plus withdrwal.

Do not open account with them.

Acefx pro is a scam company. They will make you to deposit, but they won't provide withdrawal, fortunately I lost only 80 dollars. But realise people who lost huge amounts. My account manager name is Trilok Mathew.
