I HAVE CHOSEN TO USE ACE MOBILE SERVICE ON THE LAST THREE OCASSIONS.
BECAUSE MY PREVIOUS PROVIDER RETIRED.
I WILL NOW STAY LOYAL WITH MY CHOICE AFTER MATTHEW'S RETIREMENT.
WHICH IS ACE. BRAD AND MATTHEW WERE ON TIME IF NOT A FEW MINUTES EARLY. TO INSPECT MY VEHICLE AND PROVIDE A RWC AND GAS CERTIFICATE, THEY ARE BOTH POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AND CONTINUED WITH WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.
I DON'T NORMALLY PROVIDE FEEDBACK OR REVIEWS, AS I DON'T TRUST THEM WHEN I READ THEM. HOWEVER WHEN I OPENED MY MAIL THIS MORNING AND SAW A MESSAGE FROM ACE REQUESTING FEEDBACK ON MY EXPERIENCE .
I FELT COMPELLED TO SPEND A FEW MINUTES OF MY TIME IN REPLYING.
THEY SEEM TO BE AVAILABLE SIX DAYS A WEEK . AND CAN ALSO BOOK ONLINE AND THEY WILL RESPOND EVEN ON THE WEEKEND.
I AM IN MY MID SEVENTIES, SO WE APPRECIATE THE GOOD OLD FASHIONED VALUES OF OUR GENERATION. TIMES HAVE CHANGED. IT IS NOW HARD TO FIND HONESTY. INTEGRITY. RELIABLE. AND COMMUNICATE. ENOUGH SAID. GOOD LUCK ACE TEAM. IN THESE DIFFICULT TIMES OF 2026.
