This lift is a life changer. Gives me the opportunity to move my daughter around without worrying if I will get injured myself. I broke my back moving her before we had the lift. The company has been very responsive and quick to deliver and helped us immediately when we needed technical help. Great product and company. This delivery arrived ahead of schedule and was a blessing to see as it was needed upon its arrival.

We only use the product once and the stitch is coming is coming a loose from the strap that hols the bottom pad. My mother only weight 98 pounds

The lift was perfect for getting my husband into our truck. It foods up compactly and although a little heavy i at 70 can still get into the truck

Design flaws in the details are problematic. Exposed bolts on the inside arm holding the sling caused skin tears and cuts. Lack of cushioning of central beam caused bruising and discomfort. Simple fixes would make the product much safer and better.

This patient lift is not helping the patient to the car properly and wheels are very loose and the lift is heavy for one person to lift in the car The advertisement is not real

Product was delivered on time in excellent condition. The lift device works flawlessly and exceeded our expectations. My wife, who has severe dementia, has adjusted to it well; it is a lifesaver for her and me as the caregiver.

After receiving the toileting lift pad I realized the opening wasn’t large enough. I emailed this info to you asking for information to have this returned. I have waited for over a week with no response

Good customer service. Product is wonderful, easy to use , a great help since my husband has MS and condition varies daily. So if I need the lift to assist him as he is unable to stand than I use it. Used it getting him into the shower , bed to wheel chair or into recliner all great. Very good product , feels very secure when moving - need hard flooring- carpet would not work safely.

Chairgo is great except no responds when you call customer service with a problem.

The lift is well constructed and works great. Before i purchased i emailed them with one concern i had and they quickly replied with a solution. After delivery I discovered a small issue that happened during shipping. Again they replied to my email quickly and immediately shipped the replacement part. I highly recommend Achairgo for their products and customer support. The lift has been a life saver getting my mom in and out of the car.

Excellent help even when product could not be used with my mom because of her size. Nothing wrong with product, just mom was to small for the chair the product was to be used on.
