Great product, fast service, good deal.

Unacceptable tactics from this company . They forced you to buy from the local distributor store the gun , overpriced (almost 100€ more expensive)

Edit : they are double priced right now

The customer service at Achedaway was superb. I was unhappy with the product (it just didn’t work for me) and they facilitated a no-fuss return and a full refund with good communications throughout.

I was aware of the negative reviews on here so reached out via the live chat function prior to making the purchase in search of some reassurance. I received an almost instant reply informing me that the company was under new ownership. I ordered and received the item a few days later. Everything was exactly as you would hope and expect, and the massage gun itself is better than the others I have tried. I believe that the new owners are aligned with newpb.co.uk, at least the transaction was handled by them.

No complaints from me, really good service.

I have been using this in my sports massage for a few weeks now. The feedback from client's have been amazing. Not only does the heat help the muscle relax but also the clients. I have found the tool to be outstanding for tight areas to get out stubborn adhesions. I would fully recommend this product to anyone. I use along side my deep tissue work nearly every session. The clients can't get enough.

SCAM !! I paid for the pro gun , they charged the money of course but never arrived the gun. I wrote them 3 emails no response at áll.

Dreadful. Avoid this company. Ordered from their website 6 weeks ago. Paid £219. I received a confirmation of order email. Since then, nothing. I have written to them multiple times. Their website seems to be permanently down.

I did receive and email recently asking me to review their product. That's a bit difficult to do when you've not received it.

I am starting to look at alternatives to get my money back.

Ordered product over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it yet.
Tried emailing 4 times with no reply. I don't think communication is part of the customer service provided.
Some indication of when my order will arrive would be useful but I don't hold high hopes

Did not receive the product and despite chasing, there was silence from the manufacturer / seller. Was supposed to be a birthday present and now I have to chase the money I paid. Was hoping for better service.

Scam. Never received my order and no reply from emails asking for refund. Will be pursuing and taking action against this company.

I’ve not received my order and Achedaway have ignored all my attempts to contact them.

Cupper arrived,but took a few weeks to arrive as didn't say on web site it was coming from China, but really pleased with the product

Order was confirmed on the 26 April, I still hadn't received the order by the 7 May, so I emailed Achedaway, they replied on the 8th saying I would receive the order within the week, it is now 8.30 pm on the 13 May and I have still not received the order or had an email saying when the delivery will be, very poor service.

Terrible - company is clearly barely operating. Have not received the goods and no answers to any contact with the firm. No answer to calls either. Do no purchase from the company

Worst customer service ever. Took more than 12 days to arrive. When contacted customer service a guy answered the phone as if the woke up from sleep. It’s a standard mobile number which connect you to somewhere in Europe. Told me shipment was from Germany only to find out after complaining to Klarna that it’s coming from China. Then seller tells me 22 days later how they have more than one distribution centres! Total rubbish, product came and it’s useless. Waste to time, money and effort.
