Financial Representative, Curtis, assisted me through my Achieve experience. He is polite and knowledgeable in finance. He took time with me to determine what was best for me to do financially. Everything was done timely. My monthly outgoing payments were downsized to one payment which was a lot less than what I was paying out monthly prior. My experience with Achieve was a positive one. I would recommend them to others.

I’ve been trying so hard to catch up with my debt and just life in general. I almost gave up until I got the call. David Ciric got on the phone and said me help you. I gave all the information he asked for. Then it was wait, fingers, toes everything crossed. Got approved with his help. I am recommending the company and David Ciric to anyone that needs help….thank you so very much!!!!

I would not recommend this lender.
I had been happy with my Achieve personal loan for nearly two years. However, I was recently laid off and temporarily did not have enough money to make my monthly loan payments. I called Achieve several times to explain my situation. I told them that once I found a new job, I intended to continue paying the remaining balance on my loan.
Unfortunately, I felt that Achieve did not take my situation into consideration. They continued reporting my missed payments to the credit bureaus, which significantly lowered my credit score.
Last week, I received a job offer and will need to relocate to another state. I called Achieve to share the good news and explained that I planned to resume payments after I completed my relocation, which may take about two months. However, the supervisor I spoke with was very rude and did not seem willing to listen to my explanation. I was told that my loan could be sent to a debt collector.
I am currently trying to prepare for my relocation, but my low credit score is making it difficult for me to find a place to rent due to the continued reporting by Archieve. I understand that lenders have policies regarding missed payments, but I was disappointed that there did not seem to be a reasonable hardship or temporary assistance option for someone who had been unexpectedly laid off and was actively trying to get back on their feet.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this lender, especially for borrowers who may face unexpected financial difficulties such as a job loss.

Sherri DeWitt was one of the most kind and intelligent people I’ve ever had the pleasure to be helped by. When at first I thought there were no options and that we’d hit a brick wall, she made sure to suggest a solution to get a co-signer that ended up being an absolute resolve for both of us. We’re incredibly grateful, and we hope she receives whatever she may desire from her career and life.

I’m trying to pay their full amount for 2 weeks and they keep playing games! They keep blaming my bank but my bank sent me a proof of no attempt of taking the money by achieve, I was charged interest everyday for no reason, they can’t give me a trace for the transaction and let me go back and forth, they are not honest and play with your life, I’m filing a complaint with the CFPB

An update
Mellisa, the account specialist, called me on Monday morning. Today, Thursday 08/27/2026, the issue has been fully resolved. She was able to assist me and made everything much easier.

Thank you, Mellisa — everything is good now. The problem was a technical issue, and I was not charged any additional interest.

Chris Mitchell helped me achieve a loan to get all of our credit cards paid off. And I would recommend Achieve and also Chris Mitchell to help close the deal he was so wonderful and helpful .He took time after hours to help finish our loan and I really appreciate him being really helpful !!!!!!! I would recommend both Achieve and Chris Mitchell to help .
