AC Jenkins  Avis

YMCA Swansea Young Carers Service has been using AC Jenkins services for the past few years and can truly say that the service provided is fantastic. AC Jenkins are always reliable and available when needed, even if you require to make last minute changes they are there to support you.
Bus drivers and passenger assistants as well as office staff are friendly, helpful and supportive.

We have used this company over several years and they have provided a first class service on all occasions. Their vehicles are modern and in excellent condition. Drivers are friendly, helpful, well turned out and always on time.
We never even consider looking elsewhere for airport transfers.

We moved to Swansea from the US about 5 years ago, but with the need to return fairly often for family and business. Initially, we would take the train (difficult transfer at Reading) or National Express (very long, with multiple stops) to Heathrow thinking that a car service would be overly expensive. Then one trip my wife had to make the trip on her own with 2 big bags. We thought to try A. C. Jenkins, simply so she didn't have to drag the bags around Reading and Heathrow stations. What a difference! The car showed up when convenient for her. The driver would stop as needed on the ride. The car took her to the door front. Even better was the collection after the long flight back. No longer was there the need to exhaustedly walk to the central bus station or find a comfortable place to have a nap on the way back. Furthermore, when it is the whole family travelling, the price difference isn't that much between the train and A. C Jenkins. We're not wealthy people and are selective in how we spend our money. However, moving to A. C. Jenkins to get from Swansea to Heathrow has definitely been money well-spent. I encourage you to try them!

We have used A C Jenkins for airport travel on many occasions. The office staff are highly efficient and friendly and the drivers always courteous, helpful and punctual. I cannot recommend the company too highly and will continue to use them for all airport travel.

AC Jenkins' superb "door to door" service takes all the stresses out of travel to and from the airport with their comfortable vehicles and courteous and friendly drivers. Their efficient operation can avoid having to stay in an airport hotel.
There is never a problem when schedules change - ACJ will always be there to pick you up.
We have used ACJ for many years and will continue to do so.

We have been using AC Jenkins for very many years on all of our long haul flights from London airports or shorter flights from Cardiff when the arrival or departure times have been at unsociable hours.

It is so much easier not to have to book airport parking and having to struggle from the car park to the airport terminal with heavy cumbersome cases.

AC Jenkins were superb when we found ourselves stranded in Australia in early 2020 at the very start of the Coronavirus pandemic. Our flights had been cancelled, rebooked and cancelled again before, over a month later, we eventually boarded a repatriation flight into Heathrow. AC Jenkins reassured us that whenever we were able to return to the UK, at whatever airport, they would be there to meet us. And true to their word they were.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Why drive to the airport when you can be chauffeur driven?

I have used AC Jenkins for a number of years and always treated like a first class passenger. Over recent years they are my preferred choice for airport transfers because they offer the best comfort, customer care, and at competitive prices. Highly recommended!

We have been frequent customers of AC Jenkins for a number of years. We use them for airport transfers from our home to various UK airports and back. We are a family of four, myself, my husband and our two autistic sons.
Communication with the booking team is always prompt, efficient and friendly.

Their team of drivers are fantastic, they always arrive just before the booked time at our home and are willing and ready to help with our luggage.

On the roads it’s clear they are all very experienced drivers, we always feel in very safe capable hands. Nothing is too much trouble and comfort breaks are when and for however long we need.

Arriving back in the UK it’s always such a pleasure to see one of the team waiting for us and they are immediately on hand to help with our luggage and ensure we have a comfortable return drive home.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AC Jenkins, we are always in organised, safe and comfortable hands with them!

We use A C Jenkins regularly to collect our international students from the airport when they first arrive into this country. They are so professional, reliable and efficient and provide an excellent service all round. International Office -Gower College Swansea

We have used AC Jenkins services on several occasions already, and I must say that Alastair's attitude towards what they do is on an entirely different level. Attentive, responsible and efficient. Real good value for money, spotless clean vehicles and very professional drivers.

I fly regularly for my job and always use A.C. Jenkins for my airport transport. Fantastic service and company; very polite and professional customer service, reliable transport, drivers are always punctual and overall a very pleasant start (or end) to my journey. Thanks!

Always an excellent service, good prices, nice vehicles and polite drivers. I’ve been using AC Jenkins for years now either as a solo traveller on in groups of friends, whether it be Gatwick or Bristol it’s always a good journey.

With the price and timing of trains or stop overs it makes sense door to door

A fantastic company and one I will always use and recommend. Courteous, friendly and professional - they are extremely reliable and offer a first class service.
