Words are misspelled in the course content. Dosages are wrong in the quiz. Poor course content overall. It looks like a grade schooler created this course. I took NRP and the quiz referenced a 3.5 GRAM baby. I wish I would have read the other reviews on this course prior to purchasing it.

excellent easy to use. customer service was amazing. the only issue i had was picking new cert or recert and that should be identified prior to registering.
would HIGHLY recommend for ACLS cert. Customer service cleared up the issued in a timely manner with quick resolution.

These guys have excellent customer service! They responded to my need to switch a class after hours. I had expected a response the next day but was elated to access the class that same night.

The expectation was efficiency and 30-45 minutes. It took two and a half hours for the skills session only for ACLS and was the same as the full certification. Had I known that, I would not have wasted online time first. I have done recertification 4 times and I have never been to a worst, more inefficient course.

Simply hideous and non excisting customer service.
Poor quality, and cheap chinese knockoffs, stay away.

Convenient way to renew without taking a day out of the office

This is a terrible site with poor service. After spending hours reading the material and trying to access the final exam the personnel could not get the site to work though I did all the steps with my browsers that they requested. As a busy professional, I wasted over 6 hours trying to complete one course. I finally had to demand a refund and will use another site to maintain my certificates

These certifications are not accepted by the state of Georgia and they are refusing to refund despite a clearly worded document on what is acceptable and what's not. I haven't even taken the courses yet.

Great for recertification and entertaining.

I tried to get in your program for the full weekend with a few others helping me to no avail. I left a few messages and no one called back until Monday. Then on Monday I did get a call and was able to get in . Paying with my husbands card was another odd situation and I needed help. Just getting started was frustrating.The program Instructor was good. I wish I had access to the CPR book as we did 2 years ago to look up things if needed for the whole year. Answer clarification was not clear as twice I thought my answers were correct and unable to view choices why it was wrong. I still have not received my card.

My course would not even load so I was unable to take it. I wasted my money on a course that I did not even get to take.
