James carried out some very satisfactory work in my old house at what I considered to be a very fair cost. With that in mind I asked him to supply an estimate for a number of jobs in my new house. He turned up as arranged and spent well over an hour giving us his opinion and advice. I have just received his very professionally laid out estimate, again for a fair price.
