Active Away tennis holidays are a brilliant way to learn some new tennis tips and skills , in a stunning location , and have fun with new friends at the same time. The holidays are excellently organised , and the on site coaches are also your hosts , delivering instruction and great fun, both on and off court.
There are many different hotels and countries to choose from. I find Liberty Lykia in Turkey to be the best, but standards are high wherever you go with Active Away.

Great tennis good memories
This is our 5th time at Lydia Lykia and once again a great experience. The updated session plan worked really well and I felt the energy levels were even higher. The updated sessions gave me new insight. The coaches were again a credit to those that strive to get the mix right. Engaged, insightful and upbeat. The mix of tennis and après-tennis is managed with a light touch. As always it feels like a family run tennis active holiday. Caught up with old friends and made new ones. If you have not been on an Active Away holiday you are missing out. if you have see you next time. Great tennis. Good memories

Incredible trip to Lyttos Mare
I had an incredible experience at Lyttos Mare! The hotel was fantastic, and their racket sports facilities - amazing. They were always mega but have gone next level over the last two years—truly top-notch. The holiday was well-organized by Active Away and so much fun with amazing coaching and hosting, suited for going as a group or on your own. First timers and not the last!
I was a little apprehensive as I hadn’t played any racquet games for years, but my husband and I received a warm welcome and had a great week! The coaches were great and it has provided the motivation for me to continue- we will be back!

Best Holiday Experience
We have just come back from Liberty Lykia in Turkey where we had the most amazing time. All of the coaches go the extra mile to make sure the holiday was perfect from start to finish. The coaching on court was of the highest standard, as it always has been. The resort is beautiful, friendly staff and the attention to detail is exemplary. We have made life long friends and will be returning for sure. Highly recommended.

Active Away are absolutely brilliant-if you are looking for phenomenal coaching, fantastic people, wonderful locations and a week of guaranteed fun-I highly recommend it! I have learnt more in a week from the coaches than I could possibly imagine-both strategy and skills, as well as individual tips during practice and play. But the vibe anout the holiday was exceptional. Padel Coaching team led by Cam were excellent. Great clarity in all they were trying to achieve along with really nice individual interventions and tips within the group setting every day. Managed to get the perfect blend between being professional and having fun spot on. Super friendly off the court as well. Fantastic break. Highly recommend these guys.
Hotel , Lyttos Mare in Crete , was excellent. Extremely friendly and attentive staff.

3rd booking and still as good as the 1st!!
We have been on 3 Active Away holidays now, so I think that says a lot. Nearly everyone in the group was a returning customer. The tennis coaching is outstanding; all based on doubles play. The organisation, not only during the tennis sessions but throughout the whole stay, is exceptional. The coaches are far more than just coaches, they make the holiday feel relaxed and special and take all the usual holiday stresses away. You all become a close knit group; it doesn’t matter if you are travelling solo or as a couple or group, everyone gets to know everyone. But by far the best part is the tennis and what you learn. Awesome!

Great Experience with Active Away
I had a fantastic experience with Active Away.
The booking and pre-travel process were smooth, clear, and very well organized, which made me feel safe and well supported throughout. During the trip, everything ran perfectly, with daily updates and a fantastic program.
The coaches were incredible: enthusiastic, talented and very welcoming. I learned a lot and was really impressed with the coaching methodology.
The hotel was excellent: very clean, with great restaurant options, friendly staff, and no long waiting times. The location, with the sea right in front of the hotel, was the real highlight… absolutely beautiful!
A truly memorable tennis holiday. I would definitely book again!
