Poor customer service

I purchased a pair of shoes only to get half way home and realise I was given the wrong size, I had to go back and return them as they didn't have correct size. The male staff member that served me the first time I went into the store was unprofessional and couldn't get my details right when entering into the store database despite me spelling my name twice. Really poor service, I won't be going back.

Rip off company

Your response is an assured example why you’re incompetent as a business. There is nowhere on the return policy or shipping policy that states any of that. You have just basically told your customers that buying online is a bad idea from your company. Well done. If the measurements were correct on your site, I would have been wearing my new shoes wouldn’t I? But you want to go and blame the manufacturer for the shoe that you’re flogging off.. that’s accountability right? I have gone through two other companies who also have free returns and are fabulous to deal with. Who needs you? I definitely don’t or your attitude and the way you were on the phone to me either.. toodles…

Rip off company. I suspect they take sizes that runs small from other companies knowing that customers will return them. I basically had to pay $30 to return shoes. I never got to wear and they would not refund me what I paid for shipping in the first place.. business built on sand. Uncompromising and a shame.

Free return shipping applies only if an incorrect item is sent or there’s a manufacturing fault, neither of which occurred in this case. It appears the size ordered was simply not the right fit.

I ordered orthopedic sandals "Kate"…

I ordered orthopedic sandals "Kate" with FreshGel sole (color: Azzurro, size 37) from ActieFeet (or ActiveFeet) for €39.90.

However, I received completely different shoes (see attached photo): green high-heel sandals branded Tulipano — not orthopedic, not the correct model, size or type.

I contacted their support via email and received no reply. This is a clear case of “wrong item sent” and lack of customer service.

I request a full refund. I am also opening a dispute with my payment provider and reporting the company on review platforms. Beware of this seller!

Received the wrong size of my initial…

Received the wrong size of my initial order of a pair of slides. I contacted customer service for a return, but there were no clear instructions as to what I should do to return the wrong pair; after a few follow-up emails, I finally mailed them the slides back, and a few days later, I received an Australia Post email to collect the slides from Melbourne (while I'm Sydney based). So far, it has been 3 weeks, and I'm yet to have a definitive date for the arrival of the slides. I did nothing wrong in ordering them, but the factory dispatched them wrongly. I must share this with everyone to set up your expectations.
The only good thing is that the slides are made of comfortable foam material, which can help you if you are planning a long walk!

Rude arrogant staff and no customer service on faulty products

We purchased a new pair of Asics Cumulus for our 11 year old son on the advice of his podiatrist as being best for his orthotics from their Prahran store. Our son wears them to school and to basketball training and had worn them for 10 days when they started completely falling apart. We couldn't believe it, especially being a good brand like Asics which he has had many times before but obviously they were just a very bad pair, so my husband took them back to the store on a Friday exactly two weeks after purchasing them and instead of exchanging them right away as they were clearly faulty and should in no way be completely falling apart at the seams on both shoes after only 10 wears, the staff said they had to contact Asics and summit a claim which could take up to two weeks and we were expected to give them photos and go away and our son had to keep wearing the falling apart shoes in the mean time. Then after 4 days and hearing no news from the store about our claim, my husband had to ring them to follow up and they were less then helpful but agreed to contact Asics to see where the claim was at. Finally a week after taking the shoes back to the store we finally were able to get a replacement pair for the faulty shoes, however the sales assistant called Callum was so incredibly rude and agressive towards my husband and accused my husband of being rude just because he had called to find follow up on the claim as the shoes were getting worse. When my husband asked him his name he just laughed before giving his name and when my husband suggested their customer service needed to be better and he would complain to their head office, Callum told him that "they already know all about you because you rang and weren't happy that you hadn't received an answer yet". We were and are in disbelief at the appalling attitude of this store and the rudeness of the staff. No shoes should be falling apart after only 10 days and they should have been immediately swapped over. The fact that they made us wait a week, made our child wear faulty shoes for a week, we had to follow them up and then they were insulting and rude was disgusting and we will never spend another cent of our money with this company.

The only place to purchase running shoes

If you need running shoes, this is the place to go. The staff give you a professional fitting, including watching you walk on the treadmill, to help determine the correct shoe for you. They then have you try on several types of shoes to determine the best fit. Finally, if the shoe doesn't work out for you, you can return it for an exchange within 30 days. This is the only place I'll go to purchase running shoes!
