I joined, made 1 transaction and within 24 hrs Active Junky closed my account for possible fraudulent activity. They provided no supporting evidence for this action nor did they provide any avenue to resolve this.

account was randomly deactivated for no reason after years of using them. I had $400 left in my account go unpaid also. they deactivated right before payount. site is super scammy. they wont even respond to requests or tickets to the issue. dont trust them they will keep your money once you get to a certain balance. fraud as could possibly be

Tanya was absolutely awesome. She spoke to a business on my behalf when I had a problem receiving a credit for my purchase there. She was very responsive to my emails (quick responses and addressed all of my concerns) and always made sure that I was satisfied. When I reached back out to follow up some weeks later, it was another quick response, and a solution was immediately reached. And I havent even begun to talk about all the deals that the Active Junky app provides you. Cannot recommend Active Junky enough!!

I've been using ActiveJunky for years and have earned hundreds in cashback on purchases through them. They've continually made improvements on the UX with the extension to make it more seamless and fool proof, but occasionally I'll hit a snag and the purchase won't be properly flagged for cashback. Whenvever that's happened, I've reached out to their customer service, and they work diligently to get the cash back for me whenever possible (and admittedly it's usually user error, like leaving ad-blocking tools enabled or using external coupon codes which aren't compatible). Highly recommend them if you're a savvy shopper and like to know you're getting the best deal possible.

I had an issue getting cash back from a purchase I made (it was most likely my fault). Tanya from customer service helped me out and provided a list of reasons that could have triggered the reason why we didn’t receive credit for the purchase. Active junky ended up giving me cash back for the purchase anyways which I thought was pretty nice of them. Make sure you read through the guidelines before making a purchase using A.J. so that you don’t accidentally do something that will nullify your cashback.

Active Junky is hands down the #1 best, most reliable, user friendly, cashback site. I had such great experiences with earning cashback, fast hassle free payouts, and outstanding customer support in the rare instances I've needed it. I've had the pleasure of communicating with Tanya and I'm always so impressed by how thoughtful, professional, thorough, and kind she is. These interactions have really made me want to use Active Junky as much as possible and make sure friends and family know about it.

Active Junky is a great add-on to many of my popular shopping sites. Relatively straightforward to use, and whenever I've had to get in contact with their customer service, they have been more than helpful and responsive.

I've been using Active Junky as my cash back platform for years. Always reliable, helpful customer service, and easy to use. Saved a lot for the companies I purchased from regularly.

I have been using AJ for like 10 years. I prefer them over the other cash back companies because they have great customer service, US based company and they usually have the highest rates.

I'm finding that this company holds off on large cash back amounts for an unnecessary length of time They make excuses to not put the cash back in the account if it doesn't benefit them, or if it's a large amount.

Rewards dont track. No explicit T's and C's. I am quite experienced with cashback platforms so my complaints are not because I didn't read the terms and conditions of the cashback properly. I went through the fine print and placed an order. Their app is also pretty good as it shows that its actively tracking on the header. But my cashback wasn't tracked and upon inquiry the customer service rep told me that its only applicable on certain goods which was definitely not listed explicitly on their page. O may be its the way they have written it but certainly not as well written as some of the other cashback sites that I have been using. Would encourage them to improve on the copywriting of the T&Cs

These guys do pay out! They have good customer support. Website is simple to use. You have to be really careful with the set up though, as it's really easy for orders to not get tracked and lose cashback.
