We apologised to you many times on this occasion, although we can understand the inconvenience caused by this, we believe it’s unfair for us to receive a bad review when your order was posted the day after you placed it. The long delivery time was due to fault of royal mail and we’ve now fully refunded you 10 days after purchase as we were awaiting a response from royal mail regarding the parcel.

My tracksuit I ordered originally was too small for me, I requested an exchange for a large and it was delivered without delay. Easy process posting back and faultless communication letting me know what was happening. Recommend highly!!

Solid company w great communication
Ordered a Wildrun jacket and when it arrived it was a little too short on the arms. I contacted the company and let them know I’d like to return it, which they happily said was fine. Had some issues with Royal Mail up on the return however, the company kept me updated everyday and once they received the item back a refund was processed immediately. Solid communication throughout and will be ordering from them again.
